As constructed, I suspect your team has giant holes as well. Chicago's is easy: Blueline is toast. Keith and Seabrook both are no 1st-pairings anymore...they need to be 2nd and 3rd pairing respectively. In place, a high-caliber puck-mover who is responsible and not stupid.
So, Chicago finally has Edmonton's problem on D. But at least I can say the Hawks won some Cups and did not run any lottery picks into the ground in the process.
And the Pens looked great again last night... for the first period, then stopped skating half way through the second period and gave up 3 unanswered to the Ducks just to add stress to my life.

We can't be successful giving up that many shots each night. What's even worse, the lack of defense isn't translating into a stellar offense.
The assistant coaches...namely Recchi, need to go. What the he'll does Recchi do anyway, manage the iPads on the bench? Need someone to work a more defensive style system from the defensive zone out. Where's Tony Granato when you need him....
For as bad as his concussion was last time, I couldnt agree more with the statement. Wasn't he to the point of battling vertigo last time?
Yeah, that was the rumor...and apparently, it was courtesy of your boy, Malkin too. Anyways, hockey play I guess but yeah, Crawford's career is now in question which is a pity, he's proven to be pretty good at what he does.
The Blueshirts gave the Leafs a tough time tonight. I dunno why they play this hard when they are supposed to tank this season. You don't need these two fucking points god damn it.
Also, can someone explain to me how trading the best defenseman on the team helps a team that has defense, issues?
You're asking if the team that acquired the best d-man in a trade now suddenly has problems...? It depends on what shot the player is from and if it infringes on the destination team's current d-corp. There are alot of factors and not a matter of fantasy hockey. Which team are you referring to?

Rangers traded McDonough, they were defensively poor with him, now they are horrible at best. They got draft picks basically that have not played a game in the NHL.
