Bad headline, saw Fehr and Lemieux and assigned it was Eric Fehr and Mario

Phew!

Man, are the Oilers ever brutal. Like, horrendous.

I don't even think the second coming of McJesus will save them.

That modest win streak a few weeks ago...it's a distant, fond memory...just like warm weather in Edmonton, no?

Well, to coincide with the X-Files returning, I'll channel my Mulder-ness and say this: The Oilers went on a "win streak" because the Count sekritly issued a sekrit memo to all the opponents during that timeframe to bend over and take it for the team...because...if Edmonton won another f*cking undeserved #1 overall pick, ALL those teams would be subject to threats of being relocated to Yellowknife, Grand Prairie, Fort McMurray, Whitehorse, Halifax, Regina, and Red Deer.

Kane with the Hat trick. I'm trying really hard to like him. It's just not easy.

I've kinda lost enthusiasm for him...it'll take me awhile to cheer for him again. But, happy the Hawks won.

I've said it before, but I'm glad I'm not the only one. Dallas looks like crap tonight, too. Down 2-0 to Anaheim at the moment.

Looks like the NHL was so upset that John Scott was in the ASG that they apparently pulled strings to have him traded to Montreal. Scott will unlikely play in the ASG.

Kinda a low move by the League.

I was at first not fan of the gag involved in voting in Scott. But, came to accept it because like Girgens from last year, he was in the game per the system the NHL put in place...So, Scott had every single right to attend and play.

To take him out just bush league. NHL should be ashamed of themselves for such a immature/classless move.

Don't forget those humorless cocksuckers the scabhabs. The entire organization is as douchetastic as Bettman himself.

great trade. Perron was useless.

I'd like to see the pens make a move for Drouin. I'd trade Pouliot. Tampa wants youth in return.

Definitely an upgrade, Perron disappointed since coming to Pittsburgh, everyone is acting like Clendening was the throw in, they don't seem to realize that Perron was the throw in

I was disappointed to see him go from the Hawks...think Clendening has some good upside: good puck-mover and not the most polite (i.e. has some toughness).

Clendening was a tough customer for a smaller guy, he's tenacious and adds a lot of grit and skill as far as moving the puck. His problem was he could never get in the lineup. I would have liked to see him play more, especially in front of Lovejoy, that guy is killing us this year.

The Nhlpa was going to sue. Missing tha game would cost him $90,000 plus a potential cut of 1 million. This is a guy who makes $545,000 a year, for him and the potential length of his career, it's a big chunk of cash.

With twins on the way, at that. On the ice, he's John Scott. But he's a real dude with a finite career.

So...after getting the 12-game streak ended by the Bolts...Hawks getting schooled by the Miami Blackhawks. Ah well, slumps happen. Can't get too high or low in the regular season.

Paille is a smart hockey player with great speed (Tyler Seguin said Paille was the fastest skater on the B's) and good on the PK. He never had the offensive numbers you'd expect from a first round pick though.

The bruins haven't been the same since we had Thornton, Paille, and Campbell as the "Merlot line".

He had a good game. The haters in the Ranger feeds were whining why get a has been and send down young talent.

I say that young talent has not won 2 in a row since mid November.

He was quite critical of the Rangers' D-corp...Staal, Girardi and etc. Again, that's surprising given how good they've been. Anyhow, the article was eye-opening because I didn't think the Rangers were that terrible.
