Teams that have been robbed so far:
T&T robbed by England- The Crouch Incident
France robbed by Korea- The 'Blocked' Goal
Italy robbed by USA- The 'Offside' Goal
Any others?

So Matt came across a link that has...um...a number of women "showing their support" for their country and their footballers. It's one of those links that usually generates a ton of pm requests from all the lurkers.

I think he's reffering to Gattuso's goal, which wasn't off side. The linesman was drunk as he was for about 30% of those so-called off side calls.

I realize a lot of this is acting to draw a penalty - but PUH-LEAZE...if you Tivo a soccer match and play it in slow motion, you can almost see the exact moment when a player's shaft recedes into his body and becomes a clit.

If that Italian dude who scored a goal on his own team was Argentinian, he'd be dead by next Tuesday.

If Germany finishes second in Group A, I could see England purposefully lose Group B to avoid playing Germany in the next round.

YES!! germany successfully through in 1st place. great display even if ecuador was not playing its usual squad... all offensive cylinders are firing well. now we'll see what happens with an interesting sweden/england game. im kind of hoping for a sweden loss now and then a massive trinidad tobago win that propels t&t into 2nd! haha that would be classic.
