I think he was their best player and created some good chances in the second half with some great runs against IMO the best defense in the world.

Hey, don't complain. All this means is that Ghana will be without their two goalscorers against the U.S.

Here's a question: does anyone know why the U.S. didn't use their second sub yesterday? Maybe it was a "team chemistry" thing, but a pair of fresh legs in the last 5 minutes when everyone on the field was dragging could've been pretty useful

I also hate how every moment of the game draws some sort of anecdote to the US team and their "strategy" in matches. Not everyone in the US is a supporter of US Soccer.

cool, I may have to check it out then. They only had it on the Game Cube and 360 when I went to GameStop last Friday. I considering going to another store to get it for the Xbox, but decided not to since I wasn't sure if it was good or not.

Balboa is a tool, as is Lalas.

Lalas said yesterday that the first U.S. red card yesterday was "just a tackle." The guy could have killed someone with that tackle.

Then Balboa talks about how much he likes to watch Brazil because they have smiles on their faces when they play. If a piece of turd looked like it was smiling, would he be enjoying it too?

EA FTL!
Step 1: Buy newest Winning Eleven for PC

Step 2: Download latest patches

Step 3: Get USB converters for the X-Box controllers

Step 4: Download the drivers for the X-Box controllers

Step 5: Invite a few buddies, have a few beers and enjoy the greatest soccer simulation.

I like Soccer. I played it as a kid for 10 years. I like watching it, for the most part. I think the athletisism is awesome - these guys can do incredible things with the ball and their conditioning is unreal.

HOWEVER, Soccer players are the biggest pussies in the world. If I see one more guy rolling around on the grass holding his shin, I'm going to puke. I realize a lot of this is acting to draw a penalty - but PUH-LEAZE...if you Tivo a soccer match and play it in slow motion, you can almost see the exact moment when a player's shaft recedes into his body and becomes a clit.

Perhaps the pussiosity of a soccer player is second only to that of a hockey player.

Argentina arguably looks the strongest after the games I've seen so far. France got robbed of a goal today, it's a shame Zhou Zhou will not play in the next game.
