Not to hate....but...

Were these wheels not in style in the late 90s??

And these look like bad knock-offs of AME Tracer FS-01's...which Enkei makes.

enkei g5 looks very similar to ame tracers. well.. enkei makes ame so its like honda selling civic and acura csx in the same market.

and edr9 is almost same as cdr9 except different finish i think.

i like the ekm3 the best from the new release

Hi everyone, hope you are staying warm. I was hoping for some advice. My girlfriend and I are driving from San Diego to Seattle tomorrow and Sunday and were going to stop in Eugene for the night. How are the roads looking right now? I have driven in Montana winters many times, so ice and snow isn't too much of a bother, but I'd still love any advice right now. I am bringing plenty of blankets, food, water, and of course cables.

Cheers!

Eugene seems to be ok, not sure what you'll hit in southern OR and Norcal. Right now we have an inch of fresh snow with a sheet of ice under it where I live here in Portland. I'd assume by the afternoon it will have melted enough to make driving fairly easy and predictable.

Looks like we'll be expecting snow and/or freezing rain on Saturday night into Sunday morning. Then by Tuesday we should be pretty well thawed out. My suggestion is to get a plane ticket

Portland drivers are not so good in the snow and ice and that's why I have been working from home for almost a week now!

I'd be more worried about Mount Ashland, I-5 is around 4000 ft or so at that point.

siping...

pilot is riding much softer with the siping done. also it grabs the road more giving planted feel. since i cannot sell my goodyear f1 without serious depreciation, i'll sipe them to make it softer for later use

i agree...i dont think they are bad wheels...but im sure there are some more up-to-date styles...oh but if you listen to Kfed...he still thinks its 96..he did something with tmobile for the penny text~and he was like lets do it big like 96

haha - my story may be slightly off i was watching it in the hospistal the other day heavily medicated - but he was reppin 96 i can tell u that much - i believe it was on VH1's stupid star moments

grants pass closed? like to get to 199 or to go thru i-5 to medford...i didnt know they ever really closed down grants pass...why cant oregon invest in some snow plows...

oh i drove up to centralia last night to sell my integra...not recommended to travel...we were pretty good til about 10pm...at least we had a truck to get back to the TL in...but battle ground to beaverton wasnt a fun drive...took about 4 times to get out of the driveway where the TL was...about 4 inches of snow over ice...everytime we'd go up sideways wed go back down..but we finally made it

yay for not havin chains...at least i finally convinced JJ me buying an MDX would be a good idea haha

Wow, so i made a final run the the grocery store to get some last min food.

Had to put the chains on the Corolla to get out of the neighborhood. Had atleast 3in of NEW snow over night, and it hasnt stopped snowing since then.

The TL still sits in a cover of snow

I think it was the 27th or so when I went through. It was closed from Grants Pass through Canyonville.

this weather blows, did all of my groceries yesterday while I still could. Also took the TSX out for a quick spin yesterday afternoon. Felt good, been driving the pilot for the week so it felt wierd being so low to the ground lol.

I am sure they'll close grants pass with this storm. It's not that we don't have snow plows, its more they can't keep up with this rediculous snow fall!

oh and Rachel - in a hospital hyped up on drugs? huh party to hard or something?

Kyle, are your foggies fogged up? eh? lol sorry had to go for the pun, seriously though, dust her off!!!

Anyone notice that around Christmas every year on FX the Bod Man fragrance ad plays every break? But after Christmas it never plays again? I know bod man is the cheap axe, and shame on anyone for using Axe or bodman or any other spray deoderant as cologne, but is it seriously only sold for christmas time?

That'd be one shitty gift.... lol

ya i at least have enough medication my 5 tv channels are keeping quite entertained...and watching JJ play video games...

and i had my sinuses reconstructed so i can breath and my tonsils and adenoids taken out so i can finally stop getting sick..

my tonsils were so big that even when i wasnt sick they would be completely slammed up against each other...caused lots of breathing/eating problems but now its all fixed woo hoo

so much for eating christmas dinner jello and sherbert ice cream for 2 weeks...
