agreed, unless of course the trade off for the coolness factor is enough to warrant you never take your car out of the garage to show it's cool factor lol

how long did you have the VIS before it started to oxidize?

everything goes bad in time tho...keep your car outside for the next 10 years and tell me if ur paint even looks close to the same...

i've always seen better quality with seibon every VIS hood ive seen dimples from heat. and then the buyer pays shipping to ship their old back and to get their new hood so it can do it all over...i had kamanari on my TC and after a year it still looked brand new...ive seen VIS hoods turn yellow in a matter of a few months...

Searching for quiet brake pads is a bitch for BBK's

Rotora has one Pad below mine that is for street use.

Dan, at SC says EBC doesnt make any BBK pads...much frustration with these brakes right now.

Pray for my ears.

Rear Sway Bar...

TSX

Must have.

TL
Must have.

On any FWD cars, beefed up rsb is a must. Big big difference on corners.

I used to have comptech rsb on tsx but their bushings sux. Don't waste money on comptech rsb and just go for Progress rsb. Also Progress rsb have two different stiffness settings (soft/hard). Currently mine is setup to hard.

Must have mod list for TLs.
- Progress RSB
- ATLP J-Pipe
- UnorthodoxRacing Underdrive Pulley
- AEM CAI
- Any new tires other than stock ones.

Great gains for least amount of money.

took my CT RSB off because the dang bushings squeeked ALL THE TIME!!! drove me nuts. Also I was using the Energy Suspension poly bushings and still squeaked constantly. Although, I have installed a few Progress RSB's on TSX's and no one has ever complained of a squeak, plus they have really great "washers" welded on to stop the bar from sliding side to side too much which could have caused the CT RSB to go through grease so fast...

OEM, Smo-E-M. The sizing is waaaaay different. Not sure what OEM size is, but my BBK is 355mm 4 pot. Its a little bigger than OEM Brembbbeees, and alot bigger than 5AT brakes.

i used to have the same setup too. ct rsb with energy suspension's poly bushings. still squeeked even after good greasing. so i sold the ct rsb and got the progress after that. no more squeeks. quality and finish of comptech's products are top notch but fitments :thumbsdow

ct rsb = sqeeks
ct header = rattles
ct icebox = doesn't seal good

Im down...gotta change spark plugs after seafoaming though.

Im need to set up Spark Plug/Timing Belt/Water Pump changes.

Anyone got any info on those E3 plugs? Was watching HotRod TV a couple months ago, and they actually saw more HP with less fuel consumption.
