Well apparently with the CL there's been a redesign. Started out as a 2 bolt design, there were issues, then they came out with a 3 bolt design, and I haven't read any complaints about the redesign so far.

However the people who have never used them usually insist that they're garbage. Seems like a trend on this site

There are some good reviews of the DC headers on the 2G side. I've had mine since they were released - yep, the old 2-bolt flange design. After working with DC for a bit, we ended up with a set of gaskets that have been working leak-free for almost 4 years. Since then, no problems.

Comptech makes the best headers for the 2G TL/CL, but they're 3x the cost of the DC Sports ones - around $1k new. I don't recall ever seeing ATLP making headers for the 2G TL/CL, but they have a pretty nice 2G TL/CL exhaust system that supposedly makes the best gains. ~ 10whp for $1k.

I read the CT headers cost close to $2k new, now Of course you can pick 'em up used for around $600-700 or so in the BM.

I took more time doin my white ones, even put them infront of an area heater to "bake" them for about 20 mins each
Where did you get the center caps?

I just used the Maguire's "High Tech Yellow" wax on the RDX and it was just average. Sounds like I need a new parts store as Mike's doesn't have the SS 2.0 in stock.

all of that on both cars, well Pilot doesn't need tranny fluid but it does need the VTM-4Lock fluid flushed and changed

Man, earlier today I was coming back from the doctor's office, got in the car, started it up, and the shifter wouldn't get out of Park. I mean, the transmission shifts just fine, but the damn knob wouldn't move. Tried smashing the brake pedal down, turning the wheel left and right, still nothing.

Thank God I finally got it to work after about 10 minutes of messing with it. Tried starting the car up again earlier to see if it's still messed up and it was fine...

Looked it up on here and found out the brake switch might be the culprit.... Not sure whether or not I wanna try and fix it myself.

Anyways, that's my day so far!

wonder what it is in the brake switch that causes it to begin with..

thats my biggest worry in an automatic or loosing a gear..

i know that on the side of the shifter in our cars there is a key hole to over ride the brake switch so we can still move the shifter without pressing anything

You have to have the brakes applied to shift out of park, for safety reasons. Next time it happens, have someone check to see if your brake lights work. Some cars actually have 2 different brake switches(I don't know what you drive)....one for the shift interlock and one for stop lights.

VTM-4 is easy- I usually charge 45 for drain/fill on Pilots/MDXs...just a drain and fill, but have to use a pump to fill.

Yeah it works every time now... Funny thing is last night I noticed if I have the car in park and keep tapping on the brakes, I can hear the clicking from the shift lock being engaged/disengaged. Oh well, as long as it still works like it's supposed to.

and btw I drive an 03 CL-S. I was told that there was only one brake switch. Apparently behind the dash, near the brake pedal..? Basically if the shift lock doesn't disengage, then that kind of tells you your brake lights won't work either.

Brake switch is simple and cheap to replace. I replace one on my old rsx and one on an accord for a friend. Takes like five minutes and and the switch is like $10. If you can cross reference the switch in your car with one in the accord, its most likely the same because its like $5 dollars cheaper at honda for the same part.

Pop plastic cover, insert key, shift to neutral, remove key, insert key into switch and start motor.
