Min, im looking at the newer ones, 03-05 range. And i may do a slight drop on it, nothing like i was with the TL though. Still gotta get around in the snow. Maybe throw some of the 20in wheels off the SS model and call it a day.
As for parting out, im parting out now.
Nothing is listing in the BM yet but as of right now i have a pile of parts laying in the garage.
-TIEN SS
-SPC Rear Camber Kit
-Rotora Front BBK w/ Braided Lines w/street pads
-Rotora Race pads for BBK
-Rotora Rear OE slotted rotors
-CSL Spoiler (Has your name on it MIN)
-2006 TL Steering Wheel
-TypeS grill trim
Still need to take out my
EDFC
ScanGaugeII
Roof Spoiler
ATLP Exhaust (need to find someone with typeS exhaust, or a base to do a bumper swap.)
And im looking to buy a stock intake.

I just pulled that price from the KBB of $10k (trade in) plus the prices for what i plan on selling the parts for.
If youre really interested let me know and ill put a hold on taking stuff off.

so... this one
With all the parts id let it go for $15,000 and that would include two sets of wheels, and stock suspension, and anything else i have laying around (bumper, spoiler) all projects i never finished.

^^ that would be awesome.. i just re-bled the brakes and that seemed to help alot.. but no rain today to see if its a true difference i also went from a dot4 back to a dot 3 so maybe the heat friction was part of the issue.. i have slotted and drilled so i am sure they were staying decently colder then normal.. also when i first put them on my bro and i bled from the back to the front and in the chiltons it says to go from the front to the back so i did that this time.. lots of factors going into this i guess haha..
anywho let me know what you think once you are able to drive into some good rain

I've had the EBC D/S rotors and redstuff pads for about 5 months and have no complaints other than combo is a little noisy. I'm used to the light "scraping" noise with the combo now though.

It was raining pretty good on my drive into Portland from Hillsboro this morning (5:15-5:35am), and the brakes did very well. No panic or quick stops, but nice pedal modulation all the way in when I needed to slow down for slowpokes in the left lane, and going East through the VR tunnel.

I'd still fall short of $15k tho even after selling my car. I wish I had the money cuz with everything that's on that TL..it's very very worth it.

And everything youve seen is what you get. Only problem now is that none of it is on the car anymore lol. Only thing left on the car is exhaust and base tails.
^this is one reason im looking to just trade it in. Id feel like a dick if i sold the car to someone and there being a chance of the engine crapping the bed. Id rather a dealership deal with that. No one really likes them anyways.

Dude, negotiate after purchase...Id rather this stuff go local since most of it is heavy and big.

BTW im keeping scangauge. Ill use that in whatever i get next.
Find out for sure if anything happened to the engine and if it did..price accordingly. I wouldn't mind working on it or buying a new engine as long as I paid a fair price to do so. But your call. I hate to see so many nice TLs getting parted out.
