i forget the legal reason of the car being too low but ya its a BS law.. haha i remember in my civic when i had the springs chopped for a couple weeks i was driving near allan and i forget the other street and a motorcyle cop was in the turn lane.. right at the intersection has some ruts and drove right into it and scraped for a sec and the i remember lookin my review to see if the cop was going to come after me or not and i see him stairing at the spot i scraped at and then lookin ahead to me shaking his head haha..

technically if your exhaust is still in the legal 96db range or whatever it is.. the cop can still pull you over if he/she thinks it sounds annoying and give you a ticket for that too..

I think the Oregon limit is like 5.5" of ground clearance from the lowest point of the car. I was riding at about 3.25" on clearance. I rubbed on pebbles! looked sick though, but completely impractical.

Interesting, I found this on-line at:
http://www.aamva.org/aamva/DocumentD...0F78CA59E76%7D

there is a statute that requires all motor vehicles to be a
minimum height off the ground. The law specifies that if the vehicle was sitting on flat pavement
with no tires mounted on the wheels, no part of the underside of the car can touch the ground
(other than the four bare wheels).

Otherwise I can't find anything else except tail-light height req. 15" min from ground.

What about that white '08 tech with Taupe interior on CL ($24,500)? Are you not down with the light interiors?

nope no light interior.. wife wants black gotta make her happy..

i dont mind the light grey on a black or carbon grey RDX but on a white RDX it should have black there should never be an option it just looks tons better with dark interior.. dont know why dealerships even give people an option for anything other for it..

You should just look for a different car lol. The right RDX doesn't exist for alot of reasons, one not alot were produced or sold, two people tend to hold on to them and three the low supply means dealers don't like to deal on them as much.

Turn to the darkside dammit! lol

Funny they had so few light interiors on the TL. I like the RL but Carrie said no, so we didn't even look at it.

Everybody, if you had $60k what would you buy?

I would get the CTS-V. It's Carrie approved too.

you guys are thanks whores lol

I gotta check in with the wife to find out when I'm back from Colorado. It'll be close for me.

As for Marco's question, given what I need today, probably and MDX. If I didn't think I was going to move to a snowy climate I'd choose the M3

Anyone know the proper way to embed video. Seems like I can't embed from my laptop at home. (Windows XP vs. 7??)

Also there is this really funny Scottish guy called Craig Ferguson who is on CBS at 1:30am. I like vacation. <little over a week left>

Are you wanting to embed on this or another website? For this I think all you need is the YouTube URL for the video. like http://youtube.com?whatev

For a website it's pretty easy as well, YouTube gives you two codes, the embed code and iframe code, use the iframe since it will work on mobile devices that don't support Flash as well.

It weird because I've tried to embed about a year ago and it would not work. Then I successfully did it at work but now that I'm on vacation a copy and paste of the share link doesn't work. Even if the video allows for embed, I just get a link only.

Example: http://youtu.be/XVIMJ2PL_8Y

I've checked settings here on AZ just in case something got unchecked but I could not find anything specific to embedding a video. Weird.

hrm, perhaps they have a script error. I'd figure there is some sort of PHP script on that would recognize that URL format...

got the carbon fiber fabric in the mail last night.. trying to think of what i want to do first.. thinking i might do the XM radio antenna on the roof of the car first.. THOUGHTS???? i plan to black the roof out later on so thought it might be fitting for it... also thinking of doing my chrome hood trim in carbon instead of having the black vinyl on it.. Any other ideas to experiment with??
