front sway is already pretty big i think they are 24mm up front.. maybe turn up the shocks.. i have them at 4 or 5 in the front and like 6 or 7 in the rear

i know H&R makes a pretty big front sway bar.. i think its 28mm

i checked my progress technology one and its 22mm and so the front isnt much bigger but it is enough to see

Got the Monday blues. 3-1/2 more hours to go. I don't like my job anymore. They want me to move to a different building with the rest of the gang. I'm not going. This place has changed. It was a fun place to work when I started but now everything is so structured and full of BS procedural crap that I spend most of my day catching up on e-mail. Do you have Progress rear sways bars yet? If not it'll help a bunch on cornering. Thicker front sway bar on TSX or TL isn't needed.
Also soft front/hard rear shock setting = oversteer. Either soften up the rear or harden the front

have that already installed.. i talked to chris about it today.. i had the front driver at no clicks. the front passenger at 3 clicks the rear passenger at 4 clicks the rear driver at 2 clicks.. changed its to the rear both sides 2 clicks front is 3 and 5 on passenger.. ive noticed when i step on the brakes hard the front end dives to the right so i thought i would make it alittle stiffer there

ok... tsx/tl understeers most of the time. so to make it close to neutral possible, beefing up the rear sway bar is needed. and front sway is already beefy enough from the factory.

even with the upgraded rear sway, tsx/tl rarely oversteers. if it does, its something with the stiffness setting of ksport coilovers. stiffer rear than front will create oversteer, so either turning down the rear or turning up the front will correct oversteer without needing thicker front sway bar.

not sure yet. ordered 5x6 3m gloss vinyl on ebay for $61shipped though.

also something on the rear hatch door was rattling so i just bought a dynamat (wedge pack 4sq ft) and deadened the rear door. car's so small that i had some left over even with the wedge pack.

I agree with Min on the suspension advice. I passed that same info onto Brandon the other day. Brandon, bring it over to my house one of these nights and we'll get it figured out. Another contributor to better handling is negative camber, it promotes more contact patch adhesion under roll.

wife didnt complain about the ride yesterday so thats a semi good sign.. i need to take it out myself and see how it feels i think chris's suggestion might have helped it out alot.. my problem is i never really get to drive it accept on weekends so i never get to tune it to what i think is best

I don't know either of you, (but not for lack of trying, neither of you showed up to the last meet) but I'll assume the two don't set up cars for a living. If you are going to drive 90mph on a road designated by a number (which I don't condone) and you don't want the car to come unglued and get yourself killed, I highly recommend that you consult an expert.

i trust both of there advices i got the Ksports from chris who had more time tuning with them then me.. and Min has been around the block for a while there suggestions have been more then helpful.. your suggestion is greatly appreciated as well!! its not horrible enough that i need to take it someone who might give it there own opinion and what they suggest on a set up for money..

what it will really boil down to is what will make me happy and keep the wife happy too.. in all honesty ive been through a few lowered cars to know im off just alittle on my setup to keep me happy on my driving style.. just gotta figure out which step im missing and then all is well..

coilovers can be a pain for this reason.. they are really made for the track and not street.. next time i might just opt for a just a set spring height and just adjustable shocks less head ache to try and figure out spring rates,load on pirches or not, shock dampening to compensate then camber and body stiffness..

did you align the car after playing with the ride height while ago? my 240 fishtailed a lot after changing the ride height. camber wasn't off by much but it was night and day after the alignment.

ya got an alignment when i got new tires on.. so it was basicly 2 weeks after chris and i did the height.. i honestly could of just been pushing the car pretty hard around the corners haha who knows... i just notice it more on the left rear end then i do on the right.. which makes me bring up the subject

was able to drive the car for a bit last night. seems alot better then before.. so yay! im sure alittle more fine tuning and it will be even better..
