ATTN!
Anyone here have a friend or know someone with a fixed up import that is magazine material? My buddy is coming up next week and would like to get a few shoots in. He works for both import tunner/honda tuning. Let me know and if you could send a few pics my way i would appreciate it.

my awesome braille failed me again this afternoon. last time it failed due to bad cable connection but not this time.
it happened while i was grabbing a lunch at L&L by the century theater so i walked all the way to Schucks and grabbed a new winter friend
Motor Trend Mini Jumpstart 600 peak amp
luckly this was on sale for $19.99!! guess battery failing after a lunch weren't that bad

man.. i am glad i didnt go with a braille battery.. i was seriously thinking it before i got my optima.. but the price for the carbonfiber battery that weighs nothing just didnt seem worthy.. specially with my future plans..

he sold me the base lip for 07/08 base bumper. i'm selling the typeS lip for 07/08
some guy custom fitted 07/08 typeS lip on 04/05/06 base bumper but it'll be easier if you just get the typeS bumper

ahh yes, i want the OG '04-'06 aspec lip. nevermind i guess...
mann tpms sucks. started the car this morning and they said i was 25 25 front and 24 24 rear. (!) came on for the driver front, drove down the block, the driver rear came on, drove another half mile and the pass. front came on, at this point i lol'd. as the tires warmed up they started to disapper. front two went away about 30mins later then by the time i got to work it was normal reading.
i know it was because of the low temps which = lower pressure... but i dont really find any benefit in this tpms. wish there was a switch to turn them off.
putting on my winter wheels w/o sensors this weekend so oh well for now...

yeah i really dont know as im not into the mags much anymore. He was asking me if i knew anyone that might want to possibly get featured. Also i dont think he chooses the features. He takes photos and submits it to the mag. staff and they pick and choose.

I got them to give me just over 10k for my car. But they wouldnt budge much on the price of the truck. I would still have just under 3k gap in cost. I dont have 3k to throw at a truck right now.
So im hoping they come back with a better offer today since i walked last night. I may be able to swing a $1500 amount.
Worst part is, i cant find my damn title....

dont forget it also depends on when you go shopping.. if there days are low in sells they are more likely to work with you since they want to make that sell..

I Quit
buy at the end of the month, they need to make quotas on used and new cars at the end of the month and most dealerships offer what they call "spiffs" to sales people and sales managers who sell the most for the month so they are desperate to get that lil bonus at the end of the month

^ The funny part about it is I've never seen his ride anywhere. I would know if I've seen a modified RSX but I don't really see anything but stock Acuras out here. And there's a reason why it was deleted so I'd leave it at that...

My car showed 12* when leaving home, 19* when I got to Portland. Lucky no moisture to speak of, but I did see a little frost on some cars of those neighbors who choose to park their nice cars in their driveways or streets so they can protect the useless junk in their garages.
