i posted my 240sx up for sale on craigslist and this phishy sounding lady emailed me wanting to buy the car without checking the car. she said she have busy work schedule so will be mailing out the check and movers will pick up the car along with other properties. so now she wants my full name, address, cell number, home number so she can send out the payment.
could this be real? it smells too phish to be true

^ Bro..so fake. My fiancee got the same kind of reply when she was selling her PS2 slim on craigslist..there are scammer/hacker type people just sending out the same generic email to posts like that. The douche that contacted her sent an obviously fake check that woulda been rejected instantly. And even if it was real, there's no way I would ever accept a check from someone I don't know. People can do crazy things once they get the tiniest bit of info on you and without knowing them (so I could sue their asses later if something did happen) I'd rather just play it safe.

be careful of the Job scamming too lots of people out there falling for that.. heck my wife even got an email saying she was one of the finalists for a position but she has to send in a picture of her self so they know who they are talking to since they are located out of the country.. some real sickos out there

If all else fails you can run the defouler and not get a CEL again, however I never had a CEL but the 06 might be a bit different.
Government controls every aspect of our lives they can, wait till they get nationalized healthcare and tell you that you can't drive certain cars cause they may be "unhealthy"

i am sure its my heat plug though that caused it.. when i was at work i kicked the pipe alittle and unplugged the neg wire.. plugged it back in and the light went away.. no issues coming home..

was headin west on 26 yesterday evening around 730ish? a 2gen silver tl lip kit, lowered, wheels, and looked like hid fogs. pretty clean. oh exhaust also... any of you guys here? looked like custom CL plates forgot what it said but it was XXXX-X <~that many letters lol

i did. My brothers and i pulled an all nighter lol. Actually, we didnt really plan on going shopping. We had our turkey get together and were having such a good time that time flew by (2am) that we decided screw it and go out just to experience "black Friday". We headed down to local mall and it was packed at 330 with lines wrapped around all the entries. Said screw it, went to fredmeyers and got a bunch of nike socks for 50% off lol. By the time we got out it was 630 and we were zombies.

Yeah sorry if it sounded like I was gettin' on your ass about it. I'm just worrying more than I need to about all the different options I have. It's kind of hard to get a good read on what that Crystalline tint is all about, advantages/disadvantages over the normal tint you see, etc.

anyway finally got around to painting my winter wheels... i went ahead and did the white with red because i think i'll get sick of the gold. i used engine enamel clear coat 'cause they didnt have the wheel clear coat but it works.
sorry for the bad quality; camera phone:
2 coats primer, 3-4ish coats color, 3 coats clear
turned out not that bad for winter wheels eh? lol i actually cant wait til it snows so i can mount them.

got the R/T cat installed today.. my heat plug was deff giving me the issue, had a whole bunch of gunk stuck to it for the straight pipe.. i was able to take the air hose to it and clean it out.. not sure if thats what helped in my HP or not but i can deff tell a difference. feels just as fast as the straight pipe IMO

I just found a thing called Lamin-x suppose to be pretty good.. i will have to dig deaper... had a rock crack my fogs so now i have to replace them so might as well get something to protect them alittle better

damn i wish i would of saw that 10 minutes ago =/ i just purchased the lamin-x..
I run HIDs so i dont think it would of gotten as hot as a regular bulb but i know it still gets hot.. might have to take you up on that offer when i do different headlights..
how long have you had yours on?? any fading from the film??

I have just 3M headlight film on my foggies (JDM yellow fo sho!) and no issues, granted fogs are HIDs.
