I dunno if mine is Madico... but I recall it said Onyx Tint. I got it from I think it was called California Tint on Monterey near Pullman Way in the Automotive Plaza/Center. His tint still on my car and still looks great since 2003 with lifetime warranty. Old asian man and a mexican helper guy.

Is California tint good on dot matrix windows? I dont like how my friends BMW had bubbles on the dot matrix. Though only noticable close up.

On my car there was minor problems... probably same as your friends. My brother's car (RSX-S) he did some black vinal under the matrix to prevent bubbling and to prevent interference from the metal based tint on the embedded antenna in our glass.

It looks a whole lot cleaner and his radio works better than mine cuz of that. Dunno if you want to deal with that or if he has a better technique after almost 8 years now.

Extreme Tint

Santa Clara, CA 95050-2521

They charge $250 for all 5 windows. Madico Onyx tint.

They're a nice group of Filipinos. Make sure you let the old man or Romel do it. They do a better job than the girl.

just called up vince to get a quote for my GF's 08 civic coupe. He said with the dot matrix in the back, it's $180 for the back three windows and $240 for all 5. He said he normally charges like $45 per front window. So i guess just use that as a basis/starting point

lol...actually since we were already in fremont...i called the 57 oval(east SJ) n i saw it too...it had 2 flats in the rear...but he started it up...it was a beauty...im already in the middle of transferring funds to get it next week

- 1600cc
- converted 12v
- narrowed beam, 3 inch cut
- absolutley no rust
- straight body
- all lights and blinkers work
- does have 2 small dents
- has little travel on suspension
- probably want to raise rear end up
- recently raised front end up 2 inches since pics were taken
- 2 new rear tires
- no headliner or door panels
- original rubber floor mats in good shape
- all door handles and window handles
- may want to re-cover seats

At least it has the "W" deck lid and egg tails still. Normally, the 57's had the bullet turn signals in the front fenders. Those might be spendy to get, but well worth it. Looks like it was a true wolfsburg edition too. Has the crest on the hood right? Doesn't look too bad though. You never know about body work until you take the sucker down to the metal. Nothing that can't be fixed! Get it!!
