Funny, I was going to update today anyway.

So I've been sleeping on the Firmest topper now for about 2-3 weeks. I've adjusted to it. And I dont mind it...it feels WAY firmer when I first started sleeping on it coming from the mid-plush...but now it feels a tad softer. I could live with it.

BUT

In the interest of "science" I went back to the mid-plush last night...much softer. And unless something happens in the next 2-3 nights to change my mind I'm going to stick with this one and return the firm.

But in honesty both are pretty good to me.

It also sleeps hot for me, but have some wicked sheets coming in.

But horrreee shettt do I feel like a million bucks after I wake up.
I even had a rough night of training last night, fucking sciatic nerve firing
Small sprains and pains in my lower back.. legs shot.

Slept most of it off.
I still have some pains from major inflammation points
But it actually let my body recover. So far, loving the mattress.

First night I was moving a bit, but because I was still in the habit of switching side to side.
Last night I slept most of the night on my back flat.. like a stone.
Good shit.
So, you never said which firmness you went for?

I sleep very hot. I dont have an issue with this mattress...but I also have a ceiling fan that never gets turned off to help.

Yeah, it off gasses, but I didnt find that too bad either...it's when you open the mattress up and switch out toppers..then it stinks, the foam has a slight residue, too.

Medium firmness
Seemed like the fool proof way to go

so double checked my records and saw I got that Tempur mattress in 2010.

I should really replace mine soon. I can sleep 8+ hours and wake up just as tired. Still get back pain when sleeping.

also theres an indentation/hole in my mattress, if i try to sleep in a spot of the bed to get away from the "hole" i just end up falling in during the night

are any of the previous recommendations still valid? Should i stick with Tempur? The one i had was great when new, but sad it didnt last as long as i hoped.

Can you still warranty it?

warranty is 10 years. and it only covers visible indentations greater than .75 of an inch. Mine is invisible

Well that Sealy got returned pretty quickly. Went with a dream cloud and while it was fairly comfortable it was missing something. We kept it for about 2 years before it crapped out and had a huge dent which made sleep unbearable. Dream Cloud's warranty/replacement process was ridiculous and not practical. So I decided to eat the cost and went with a Purple Hybrid, the Purple 3. I was skeptical about the Purple grid but my buddy has the Purple 2 and he raves about it saying it's only gotten better with time. I trusted his opinion so I purchased on black friday and got the pillows and sheets. The combination is amazing. Sleep has never been so enjoyable and I look forward to getting into bed everyday now. The wife and kid love it as well. Very impressed with Purple.

We are one year into the Casper hybrid and still love it. We didn't do the one with the cooling function because I didn't like the fake cold feeling but this thing is still solid, would recommend.
