Same happened to me. Got a call last night. Said I won't get my system 'till 'maybe' after Christmas! Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu*k!!

I don't know if this has been covered, but all the reviews I'm reading are less than enthusiastic about the 360. I was sure I was going to buy one, but now after reading a dozen or so reviews, I'm thinking I might pass... at least for now.

(channel 5 KTLA), there were talking about it, and were showing the release party for the press.... when my cable when and only got to see like... 3 seconds of football game... don't which one, probably Madden... but what I did get to see, looked scary-real!!

Personally, I think the controllers are amazing as do most reviews of the system. To each his/her own, but they are a HUGE improvement over the Xbox controllers.

lol NO WAY. You should get there like 7 hrs ahead, two hours is nothing. I remember when I was at Walmart waiting for the PS2 in line I was there for 7 hrs. WEhen I got there it was a good crowd there already. The earlier you go a better chance you will have to get a XBOX360.

Well according to x box forums only wal marts that are 24hrs are selling them at midnite. Ill probally get at wal mart around 8ish hopefully thats good enough. I dont know how crowded its going to be in camden delaware.

my best buy is selling them at 12:01 and so is my walmart... i don't know where to go haha! but they are right next to eachother so i'm going to my walmart first at 930ish to see if I can just buy one b4 midnight then head over to best buy and get another one

Ill be getting my 360 at midnight after I get off of work. For anyone who is getting a 360 Ill try to meet up with you online. I bought Madden, PD0 and PGR3. If you haven't seen this games in HD then you're missing out on their potential. I stayed after hours at my local gamestop after befriending the employees. I got to watch them play a few games and I was impressed.

she gave me her #, said to call her today at 6:30 (works night shift) and so that she can check if they got them already, to have them ready to be put out on the shelves. If so she will sell it to me tonite.

The Wal-Mart near my house here in SA already has 24 people in line. They are on a gag order from Microsoft and will not say how many units they have. Also, have yall heard that the XBOX 360 shortage is a ploy by Microsoft to guarantee a "Launch Day" sell out?

I haven't heard or read about that anywhere... but I'm sure it's all marketing... I wouldn't be surprise if the truth is... that they have enough to last through the holidays, but by having a "2nd wave" or even a "3rd wave" of shipments, keeps the hype going...

I pick mine up at EB tomorrow morning at 8am. They aren't doing the midnight launch unfortunately. I'm really excited!!!
