I feel you. That has happened to me many times with Squirtle and Bulbasaur. A 200-300 level one with come out of nowhere and I only get 1 or 2 shots before they run away.. it seems like Charmander and Bulbasaur and Squirtle ALWAYS run away.. only get a couple chances.. and half if not all my shots get curved by that force bullshit lol.
And earlier today I saw I had enough Bulbasaur candies to evolve but was debating to wait or not. I evolved him into Ivysaur. No shit, 20 min later a mother fucking Ivysaur pops up out of nowhere and I'm like OMG WTF and also OMG MUST GET HIM. Had 3 shots, used razberrys and great balls on all of em. First shot had that curve bullshit .. wide left. Second shot.. curve bullshit.. wide right... Third shot.. curve bullshit but barely hit him and caught him for a second til he popped back out and ran off. Mother fucker.
I can't believe I'm still playing.. and at level 16.
Also, I was reading some dude got to level 40 and that is the max. He used a script so basically he didn't even move from his couch and let the script do all the work for him. Pretty interesting? I dunno. Pokemon Go max level reached by cheating: Player hits level 40 | BGR
Battery saver mode is gone on iOS, guess if you cant fix the issue there too might as well get rid of it
seems like the graphics are slightly improved too.
People claim the battery life has been much better anyway. Whole game is fucked anyway now since they refuse to acknowledge the complaints.

Where in town are you finding Charmanders? I haven't seen one since I caught one for my first Pokemon.
It hasn't worked since the game came out, they're probably taking it out until they can fix it so as not to mislead people.
It actually has, so I'm not sure when you started playing. The word so far is that they've decided to just take it out completely because they can't fix it.

I started on the 11th, for a lot of people including myself it was stuck with 3 prints.
Sorry, but I do not believe that at all. The footprint glitch was reported around the 15th/16th, right before the weekend when the game's servers suffered a major amount of down time. 20 days ago, was when everyone was finally understanding the distance each foot print represented.
Where in town are you finding Charmanders? I haven't seen one since I caught one for my first Pokemon.
Really, just random places. One popped up while I was at my desk at work. Same thing for Bulbasaur.

I started on the 14th and always had 3 footprints. There might have been 2 or 1 but I wasn't even paying attention to that my first few days.

It took all my restraint to keep from tossing my damn phone across the park.

lmao... Just assign a Pokemon to a gym that's already on your team. You can assign up to 10 Pokemon for a max 100 coins per 20hours. (The Pokemon must be currently assigned to a gym to be counted towards your coin earnings)
Yeah, 'round these parts, the chance of finding an unoccupied spot is pretty slim. And shit changes gang so often that holding more than one gym for more than a few minutes is a pipe-dream. The only way I've found to get coins is grinding through to take over a gym, cash out immediately, and wait the 21 hours to find another gym.
Caught another Bulbasaur sitting at work . They REALLY need to work on the servers/connection issues.
If you leave your pokemon to defend a gym and let's say whoever tries to take it over beats your pokemon but doesn't overtake the gym, does your pokemon still have 0 life left and is no longer at the gym? Like if there are 5 pokemon at a gym and a person tries to take it over. He beats 3 pokemon but loses to the 4th. So he tries again afterwards, does he still have to fight the first 3 again or does he now just have to fight the last 2?
