here in socal area, i think all the places get it at 22, the place i reserved said for sure 3/22.

 

just looked at the paper this mornig. two places i think where best buy and circuit city said it would be out this thursday. i think it's like the 22 or 23 but i'm not sure. i can't wait. i already have the logitech driving force pro steering wheel and i'm just waiting for the lap attachment then i'll be ready to go.

 

it'd help when you say where you live.

My email confirmation from Amazon (I pre-ordered it) said 2/22

 

i still say that my theory might be true. It depends on the place. Sony will ship it 2/21 at like midnight. some places will get it on 22nd and some will get it on 23rd. it also depends if the store will put it no shevles that day or wait for the next day.

with that said i hope i'm totally wrong and everyone gets it 2/22. i know i hope to pick it up tuesday.

 

You know I was thinking, I don't understand why most of the reviews of GT4 say something to the effect of "more of the same", "not enough to merit a 4th release", "nothing new", etc. etc. etc. To me, GT4 serves as a "Best Of" the GT series. We get ALL the tracks ever featured in GT4, and more. This includes the OG tracks such as Autumn Ring that were not in GT3, but missed (by me at least ) - we get more cars than ever. Should I say, we get "All Of" the GT series, in one game. AND the graphics have been upgraded. Photo Mode. This game is gonna kick some serious ass and have some serious replay time, even after (if?) you complete everything. Screw lack of online play, who cares - I don't even HAVE the stinking network adapter for PS2. iLink play is more than enough for me. I think sales of GT4 are gonna be through the roof - I expect it to rival the biggest video game launches of all time.

I couldn't wait til Konami released Winning Eleven 7 International (Soccer game) so I called pretty much every store that sold games. To my surprise, Toys R Us sold it a day before it was released anywhere else, so that's the first place I'll be checking tomorrow.

 

i got off the phone an hour ago with electronic boutique (ebgames) and they said that they will have it in tomorrow. I asked when tomorrow and they said they don't know what time tomorrow, but they'll call. BTW any of you from chicago i talked to the one inside Lincolnwood Mall.

 

OMG WTF the final day of waiting is killing me...

 

visited, EB. Tomorrow afternoon I'll be in class till 10pm. I'll get about an hour or so at night before bed.

most definitely. In fact, I will probably be playing a lot with just the controller for a good amount of time... read: when I'm feeling too lazy to setup the wheel LOL...

You will probably break your controller apart, this game is HUGE.

Setup up your wheel and you are good to go.

SMALL UPDATE:

I am currently playing the PD Cup in extreme hall, one of the few series required the S licence. I thought its going to be hard, but my fully modded Accord Euro-R completed raped M3 and Fairlady in the race. I still can't believe it. (and it handles like a dream, for a FWD car that is.)
