Finally I got the fileshare to work on my account.
Managed to get a fileclip titled "Double Stick" uploaded in case anyone wants to check it out on xbox live.

All of these items can then by uploaded to your bungie account for others to view, by hitting "Start" and then going to "fileshare". This is where most of the people are having issues. It'll say "Contacting server" when you go to your fileshare. If it says that for over a minute or two, probably not going to connect. get out of fileshare and go back in and try again. If it does finally connect to fileshare, you'll be able to upload your films, filmclips, screenshots and stuff.
If you upload a lot of stuff, you may want to purchase Bungie Pro, it simply gives you more space to upload stuff.

^^^ I've seen errors similar to that were medals weren't awarded.
I've also seen errors where multiple medals were awarded and shouldn't have.
i.e. ever received two melee medals for one kill? I found that bug in the beta version and reported it, but from what I've heard it hasn't been fixed [yet].
