360: Forza 4
Nice Riveling with you Morgan
We keep beating eachothers times
I need to study for my midterms now so I probably won't be back on till later tonight. I also am going to take a break from beating your AutoX time because I am too pissed that I keep touching those damn cones, I'm still trying to get use to the Elan for it since I was previously using the Ford KA.
You were working on my Leguna Seca time when I just logged off so I'm sure I'm gonna have to work on that again later tonight.

I've been cheating on you guys..I needed a break from the grind.
NFS:HP is a great filler. VERY pretty, non-technical, easy. Feels like flying a fighter jet through canyons.

I just picked up my standard copy today and have messed around with it a little. So far, I'm really impressed. Ran through some career mode, tried a few rivals--including autocross--took a 2005 Legacy GT out for a hot lap and had quite a bit of fun. I'm a little irked my LE order was cancelled after a week, but so far, this game is awesome. I occasionally try to use GT5 controls, though, like shifting with the triggers.
Edit - While the sound is awesome, I didn't really hear the turbo spooling up much in the game Legacy GT. In the real one I drove, the sound was pretty spectacular.

My network came back on not too long ago and I got to work on the RWD Challenge at Infineon. I saw your 1:23.xxx time and went straight for my Elise. Tuned it, and ran a 1:22.xxx

And just so you don't question how long it took:

Three laps. One lap to warm the tires (since we were going from a roll anyway), another to get used to the car, and the third to beat it.

Sooooooo fast

Another pic, this one of my M5.
We need to set aside a specific night to get all together and do some circuit races. I'm so sick of racing online with the scum of the earth, aka people who don't know you have to brake for a turn. I've been in first place almost every race and then just get hardcore rear-ended by some douche and usually puts me towards the back of the pack.
Yea, I was in Rivals mode and then my network dropped so I started doing some fine tuning on my cars. Mainly my Dart and King Cobra. Both have less then 500hp (for the Infineon drag race) and they run 11.1 and 10.8 respectively.

Yea, but still not as loud as Id like. In a handful of cars though, the BOV is very loud. One of which:

IIRC it took me arounf 2 or 3 laps to beat your time. If you ran a 22 though I may need to put in a few more laps
Seriously who gives a flying shit about how long did it take you to beat his lap times. If its 2 or 20 laps who cares ? Are you trying to prove that you are better forza driver ? I just want to see you on top of the tables to prove that.

The track we are talking about is in the Open Time Attack section, and for some reason I see the race names in German
but its Hinterradantrieb (RWD in German).
Im #120, he's #175. Under assists, you'll see MTC, that means Manual Transmission w/ Clutch. Obviously you know what ABS/TCS/STM is.

Im interested in trying out the Javelin though, people seem to be running good times in those

The only assist that I use and you don't is Abs. If you think it's easier to use with it, then I want to see you beat my Tsukuba time with it on.

lol! You seriously took a picture of that, edited in red arrows, just to show us that you have a faster time on a track than me that you broke after I logged off and have not even yet gone back to?

Seriously.
I haven't looked myself (& assuming you haven't either, so forgive me), but I thought under the options menu where your map/hud/etc. are displayed, there would be an option to show the Ghost On/Off.
Guessing that may be disabled in Rivals mode?
