I am currently slower playing with a wheel than I am on a controller. I haven't put too many hours into it yet but I believe it's due to my inexperience. When playing with the controller, I believe there is a certain amount of automatic counter-steering that the game does for you (or something with the steering ratio), which isn't there on the fanatec wheel (unless I enable drift mode).

yes I freakin knew the wheel settings were messed up, this guy totally confirms it. I hate how even a little input sends the wheel to full lock, its rediculous and defeats the purpose of having a wheel. I use the wheel so I could feel like I am driving a real car and easily make subtle adjustments. Instead this stupid Microsoft wheel oversteers like crazy and literally feels like it has a mind of its own, now I know why, because it DOES have a mind of its own.

And my S15 is only a D class, so it hasn't reached it's full potential. I love driving it though. It's RWD as of right now and I plan on making it stupid fast eventually.
