If I take the restrictors off of my Peugeot 908, it turns into a "X Class" car. Wtf? I didn't think there was an X class? Please excuse those iPhone pictures.

Yeah I saw an X999 car in the auction house. I remember they had the same thing in Forza 2 with the U class.

 

That Carrera GT looks so much better in grey than red hehe. I actually did that same Porche owners race or whatever it was yesterday. I was using an R2 Porsche though haha, it was not fair even on hard lol

 

since i have the real thing(gencoupe 3.8), i don't think i'll be on forza that often now.. bahaha...

 

I was stuck between grey and red, but I thought grey looked more badass

I upgraded mine to a 690 or something like that. Nothing too crazy.

so I made a drift car, 69 Fairlady Z modded to hell so its an R3 class now. I got the 100,000 pts in a lap achievement, then I decided to try and do some regular races with it still in drift mode which resulted in this:

I hate the damn New York Circuit. I had to do 19 laps of it last night in one of the R1 World Championship races

 

Seriously, no matter how good I think I am at the New York circuit, no matter how perfect my last lap was. I always end up making some small mistake in one of those tire areas that ends up in disaster.

 

^Agreed. I never thought I would say this, but thank god for the rewind feature. I pretty much totaled my R1 Peugeot 908 on the 19th lap last night and there was no way in hell I was going to spend another 20 minutes doing the same race. I just pushed that little button and it all went away

 

Serious, for season races I love the rewind feature. I also used the rewind feature for my 100k drift lap lol

Im in the R1 races now. I need like 10,000xp to hit level 50. I wanted to get it but I was already 15 mins late for work today because I had to finish the last R2 race!

I think I am gonna have to buy one of those Murc SV's and a CGT also. Right now I just have a regular Murc, and of course I have the Audi R8 V10, I twin turbo'd mine hehe.

Without a doubt sell the regular Murcielago and put it towards the SV, it drives like a totally different car. The CGT is sexy and all, but I would choose to use a few other cars over that one. The speed is awesome but the handling and brakes are a let down for me. You may feel differently about the car though.

As tempted as I am to play Forza, I'm going to bed. I woke up wide awake at 2:15 this morning and I've been up since. I had an accounting final at 7, washed my car, did yard work, and then went to a hockey game with my girlfriend. I'm pooped!

 

Damn R1 cars are crazy fast.

I got 48/50 achievements so far. Will be 49/50 soon but the last one, Solid Gold, is gonna take awhile lol

 

ugh wheel customizing in this game blows so hard it pisses me off

1. You can't paint stock wheels
2. You can't paint chrome wheels
3. You can't paint wheels white
4. You can't paint the spokes and lips seperately
5. Lastly, and most importantly, wheel selection is fuckin horrible. Why put in Rotas and then only have 2 Volks. We could have had 6 Volks and no Rotas. For Work they left some of the best Work wheels and put in the ugliest ones.

Sorry I had to vent, even my wife is playing and she started compaining, thats how you know they really didn't try.
