After Monday it has gotten a lot warmer here. High of 21F today and going up to the low 30's by early next week. Excited for the heat wave!

It'll probably go back into the negatives in Feb.

+1, the Jeep said it was 25F today. I didn't even wear a jacket when going out to lunch.

While these aren't all medical related, Research Triangle Park (RTP) near Raleigh has BASF, Cree, GSK, IBM, Lenovo, and SAS...just to name a few.

It's an awesome area and land values are skyrocketing.

I'd move to RTP in a heartbeat. I spent a lot of time in Irvine at my last job (traveling for work) and though I liked the area, I'd never want to live there. COL is far too high.

Bummer.

How much longer before it comes out of hibernation? Few months?

My new job makes for some shitty daily driving -I don't even get over 40 on the way home

I'm hitting a few back roads this weekend.

Yeah, I'm up just south of Thomas kinda by Luther Village. About a mile north of downtown. We do La Tasca, Peggy's and Cortlands all the time.

Targeting early April but we'll see what mother nature and el nino has in store for us. It'll wake up to play when the avg temp is above 45 and when it has rained a few times to clean the road up from the salt and sand.

Should be on the road by May at the latest.

Thank you. English is not my first language. But I believe the correctly used expression is that I am a real anus about keeping things in order.

Lol thanks! I was kidding a bit. I went to a British school. I even had an English accent when I moved to the states. Now my accent is straight up original gangster.
