Naw no games.

Nothing is really next till they get developed. We will be debuting a new E90 diffuser and a revised trunk in the coming months. Otherwise nothing else is planned for now.

whats your drop? coilovers? did the car come with the sports package? If so, why then did it need a drop? I thought the M3 with sports package, came lowered. There was quite some wheel gap. My 335I with sports package and 19' has no wheel gap at all.

Um, no such thing as sport package on an M3. Not to mention, most attainable cars (by middle class people) have wheel gap regardless.

that is the best lip imo. That is what i will get (eventually!) You dropped it already, huh? Looks good! Love that color.

Scrib...i came into this thread just to get an update on your situation. I feel bad because no one else (atleast around here) has had issues like this. I want you to be able to enjoy this car!

BTW, i am now at almost 9K miles and the car feels faster and faster. I love it! DCT isn't perfect if you expect it to be an automatic....there have been some complaints about stalls etc.... i think it is great you have to learn how to use it properly.

The only complaint i have is the leather is just not durable at all. I am gonna talk to the service dept on my next service appointment.

Thanks Loseit!

I didnt know you have DCT. I read the manual and it has some good tips on how to drive the car with it. Few topics on what not to do to avoid overheating it.

Yea the leather is really soft. I seen so many of them already start to wrinkle. Have you conditioned yours? I plan to do mine this weekend to see if i can keep it looking new for longer. Feels great though.

So, uh...

So I'm out doing some errands and I'm at the State Farm office taking care of some stuff. Get the call from BMW that they're going to extend the warranty on the car an additional two years.

So I'm leaving the office and backing out of my space. Put the car in drive and realize I can't make the turn to get out to the street. Put the car in reverse and BAM some asshole tries to sneak in behind me and I hit his back quarter panel. Fuck my life.

And here's the bitch of it all. The loaner (a 2009 528) has all sorts of dings, dents and scratches on the bumper already. This was noted at the time I took the car. However, how in the hell is the insurance company and BMW going to settle this? Not only are there creases all over the bumper, but there's a dent in the sheet metal just below the license plate, which I DID NOT DO.

This fucking blows.

Scrib jeezus....you can't win. I think that we should have you come over and have my grandma remove the voodoo hex on you....indian style.

Jesal, i have conditioned leather twice since i got the car. My wrinkes aren't as bad as some of the others I have seen but, i noticed a real tiny area on the side bolster that seems to have gone thru the "skin" of the leather. Not happy.
DCT is great....i think people expect to be an automatic....but you can't (atleast in my opinion) expect that computer to know that you need to down shift when going around a corner and stuff on its own....i dunno. I have had that "stall" that everyone keeps talking about when i am starting and stopping real fast but if you anticipate having to do that there are tricks to get it right...not to mention put it in manual mode and then it is a non issue.

Exhaust was one of the main selling points for me wanting the M3. I heard cM3go's car with it and right away i wanted to order an M3.

Springs work fine with EDC. The ride comfort did get a little harsher but nothing bad. If im in comfort mode then it feels like normal mode when i used to be stock. If that makes sense.

evilone, car is looking sharp!

Evil, how's the visibility at night with 15% tint?

BTW, the car looks good.

to all the 335i owners past/present, did you guys have severe tire noise between 20-40mph with RFT's on 18"+ wheels?

I drove the white E92 IND car and Schaumburg BMW with the H&R springs and I hated the way it drove. I woudl love to have that drop but...i couldn't stand the ride quality.

the are RPM 505's 19 x 8.5 in the front and 19x 9.5 in the rear. 2 1/2 inch l;ip inthe front and 4 inch lip in the rear. One of these days I will upgrade the rims, but after I do some more modding to the car. I want the bastuck quads (thanks jesal lol) and better FMIC , along with the DINAN flashes. ohh also a good coilover set. Jesal I loved your 335 brother and man it just set my bar as to how clean I want it to look. Plus I would like to get the m tech rear with carbon fiber insert.
