Light rain and cooler temps don't play nice with summer tires, especially when the tires are cold. It's like driving on hockey pucks, that's why I switched to A/S3's..

He stabbed teh accelerator to get around the slower moving car which caused super mild oversteer as tires bit / slipped.
Then he overcorrected while tapping the brake which fated his voyage.
Of course there's innocent bystanders.

Well, that's one way to do it:

This is what true love looks like

Hurricane Matthew made landfall earlier this week, and automotive enthusiasts are scrambling to shack-up their cars before the winds cause undue damage. Some stuff their rides in their garage, or even rent out sturdy storage space to ride out the tropical storm. Other enthusiasts, like Instagram user Jalilsup, take things a little further. As the storm approached the Florida coastline, Randy (Jalilsup) decided the best place for his pristine BMW E30 M3 was right at home. No, we mean it; to stave off damage, he drove his M3 right through the front double-doors of his house, parking it right in the entrance-way.

^ I have a similar plan...

If I ever need to evacuate again, motorcycles go in the living room so the car can get in the garage. Wife doesn't quite know this yet, but it is a must.

Good plan.

I think the wife will be a lot more tolerable to have a motorcycle in the house than a car. But they dont understand.

I'm surprised the tile can hold a couple thousand lbs.

I am not good at physics but i dont think any single tile is holding the entire weight of the car. Or the tile is carbon fiber reinforced.

Might be a different story if it was an Acura since almost the entire weight is in the front.

Tile only has issues when it flexes, has thermal expansion problems, or gets impact damage at a small spot from a hard object. Given that the pic was taken in FL, I'm guessing the house had no basement and was sitting right on a concrete slab which is rather unflexible, in FL where the temp is fairly stable, and the tires are wide rubber so there's probably not going to be any issues with the tile.

Yeah def no basements down here and yeah most likely sitting on a concrete slab. I just thought the tile would crack.

Nah, tile is fine in compression as long as the substrate you have it installed on doesn't flex. It's just like glass, you can put a TON of load in compression or tension but any transverse loading will cause it to fail.

Holy.Crap.

Watch A Pack Of Street Dogs Tear A Car Apart

I’m not exactly sure what made this particular car in Turkey so delicious to this pack of feral dogs, but holy crap do they go to town on it. The pack of dogs manages to pull off the whole front bumper cover, along with some of the lights and other trim. Does the owner wax this thing with a chunk of ham?

I love the dog ripping the license plate off.

He gets honked at, tears the plate off and just drops it like, "Man, F-You!" and trots off because he knows who is boss.
