Styling has always been and will always be subjective.
But dont knock the capabilities of a car until you drive it
A 370Z had some difficulty keeping up with me in the corners

yes, and that clearly means your car is a better performer.
I haven't knocked it's performance at all, since I haven't driven one. I was only talking about aesthetics, based on photos on my computer screen. I haven't even seen one in real life yet.

Why the red text?
/red text
I like the 370Z too, I just think its fat. Not as fat as the old 350Z though; kudos to Nissan for making the 370 lighter. I feel same about the Gen Coupe, though the new front end looks horrible too.

Fahrvergnügen'd
I haven't driven one but have seen one in person at a car show and was unimpressed.
It would have to be extraordinary on the road to make up for what I don't like about it and at 55-mph speed limits I don't see that being likely
That said, if you like yours then that is all that matters. I know a guy that spent $12k on a VW Thing ...

Is that a Panamera?

Thoughts on the new Subaru Imprezas? I'm probably 2-3 years out for a new daily driver but I like looking now. Decent looks. Fast. Has 4 doors. I can fit my shit into it. I drive about 30k a year. Decided I don't need to step up to any luxury car because of the amount of driving I do.

But given your requirements, I'd guess this would be a good fit. How are they reliability-wise these days? I know their past history wasn't so great. Have you considered a Honda hybrid?

I hadn't seen the redesign until you mentioned it. At first glance, I don't like it much. But looking at some more photos it looks OK. I thought the last model looked much better. This new one reminds me of one of those European Ford models, that are kind of on the "eh" side.

I'm slowly coming around.

Customer of mine has a Golf TDI and his mom has a Passat TDI. They're a VW family and very happy with them. One of my coworkers also just got a CC, I love the new VWs.
Any early '00s or prior is likely a moneypit though. The in-joke is that people never need to change their fuses while driving until they own a Mk IV Golf... or something.
btw, the Panamera looks like a damn beached whale from behind/profile. Me no gusta.
I don't even like SUVs but the Cayenne Turbo is badass. Odd thing I learned about it today is that it has two batteries, one of which is under the passenger seat (I've seen dual battery setups on regular diesel trucks as well)

Still looks like a jellybean. Or a really fast Accord Crosstour with shiny Porsche badges
To each his own. I like big round butts. Just not on cars. The Panamera is like the Kim Kardashian of the car world, pretty face, rocking body but that ass is just so huge it doesn't look practical.

My cousin just picked up a Panamera 4S, he had a 996 4S Cab before that he traded in for the new Panamera. He even commented he keeps the spoiler in the raised position to help improve the look at the back. His was a dark blue with tan interior, nice contrast.
Although, I gotta say the interior is sick. That LCD blended in with the instruments has a James Bond feel and the interior is just nice in general. The car has a nice presence in person, it seems like the pictures don't do it justice. He loves it so far and has taken it on some short road trips in addition to regularly commuting with it.
I wish I had some "eff it" money to throw as something like that...

I wasn't implying I didn't like them (I'm a bit indifferent on them, more on the positive side).... I was just commenting on the fact that someone drove the shit out of one. And, I would guess others are doing the same.

So I'd like to get a new car in the coming months. Probably around the early fall, but I am having a lot of difficulty deciding on what is right for me...
I'd like to get a sporty sedan and try to keep the price around $60k, lower is ok as well. Any suggestions as what to look at?
Here are some that I have checked out or considered so far. I know many are RWD, but I would get winter tires.
New Audi S4 - Nice, but looks too plain from the outside, interior is nice though. Easily tuned to ~400hp.
2009+ Mercedes C63 - Beast of a car, but poor tire life and absurd MPG. Also winter driving with it could become a major hassle
2009+ BMW M3 Sedan - Love the styling, but almost impossible to find around me and unsure about winter driving with it
New Infiniti G37 Sedan - Played out style, not a huge fan of the interior, but it is the least expensive
New Lexus IS-F - Fast, nice handling, but found the transmission to be hunting around a lot. Maybe it gets better as it adapts to your driving style? Interior also seemed dated...
BTW if you guys have any important feedback on any of those other cars I listed, please feel free to add it...
