What lexus has two sport settings now!! Crazy lol

I wonder if they want the BMW territory now. Cause before when its all about comfort they were the best in and there's a lot of people that like that.

With more sport and harsher rides, compared to their previous models if its true may lose their loyal customers. I dunno if its a great strategy. They should push sport a ltl less as a business perspective.

But for us car lovers if they can get it right we can have reliability with sportiness!

I believe these settings are only on the "F-Sport" version of the car. The regular G will still be the same old Lexus soft.

The ride is not harsh at all with the regular setting.

And people who may get annoyed by the sport setting would NOT opted to purchase the F-Sport version.

Lexus isn't that dumb.

I was a bit skeptical of reading all these reviews of head to head comparison between GS and 535i, but after the test drive, it made so much sense.

The new GS is just COMPLETELY different from the previous GS.

I didn't like the GS at all at first but then it really grew on me when I saw it in a commercial in motion. Looks good, but better inside. They were originally smooth and sporty, looks like they're going back to their roots.

Yeah, when the pics of it first leaked online, I thought they looked like a catfish.

Now it looks awesome imo. The interior is just awesome too. The car drives a lot like BMW now.

Picked up some Panda Express for dinner just now. On the way back, I raced a 328i and barely won in a wifey's A4 Avant.

I was mad.

As awesome as the Huayra is, I think I'd still take a Zonda.

New Zonda 760 RS

Man I'd still be spending like $120 even with the deal!!! Canvas printing is damn expensive dude.

You said you got 20x20 right? They didn't offer that, you think 16x16 is too small? I think they had that square one.

Right now I'd take a Zonda over a Huayra any day. The Huayra's not even any more powerful, is it?

Has around 40-60 extra horsepower on tap (700hp), depending on what Zonda model you compare it to.

I think the Zonda, esp. the Tricolore, just looks more beautiful. I'd take that over any other Pagani, personally.

Just dropped off wife's Avant at the dealer for its service.

I was checking out the A7 Premium Plus with 20 inch sports package and was surprised that it's sticker price is $64k. I always thought this car's pricing was more in line with CLS. It's a pretty sexy looking car. And a huge upside with this car is that the trunk opens up like a wagon. They call this sportsback or something.

And the R8 GT looks

A7

Not a huge fan of the rear styling, but I sat in one at the Detroit Auto Show, and it gave off a "You've Made It" feeling. Loved the seat stitching.

I was in the same boat regarding the rear styling - finding out later on that the A7 has "throwback" cues to their first 'sportback' car from 1970 has made it easier to swallow.

It'll only cost you a new Accord for the week. For the first 30 miles.

Then its $5 per mile

oh it says it there. per day is $5500. not too bad, honestly, compared to the cost of owning and maintaining one.

2012 911 Turbo S... 0-60 in 2.7 seconds.

10.9 @ 127 in the quarter.

GT-R does rather nice as well.

Try $80 in Canada.

Worth it though, it's a stunning car.

Didn't know where else to post this without making a new thread. Anyone know if something happened to Terry? Haven't seen him post in a while. Hopefully he's just busy working on the restoration.

He sent me a PM saying that he received an email from a non-forum member that was "disturbing" regarding the build. Im not sure what that meant and he didnt go into it - nor was I going to press the issue.

He said he'll reopen it when there is progress
