If they slap a 5fps or better burst rate on that bad boy, I'm really in trouble. I'm thinkin' they won't though. Too close to 1D territory then.

It looks like there will be an actual hardware fix for the 1D3 autofocus available in a couple weeks: http://www.naturescapes.net/phpBB2/v...c.php?t=114505
For those who have one, you might want to keep your eye on that thread to find out what models are affected and when the fix is officially available.
