FWIW, I brought my dirty tsx. I made sure to park away from the euros though, haha.

I love the venue that they held it at. Tons of parking space and there was never a time where it felt too crowded to shoot and check out cars

Wow, the panning shot of the M3 above made Flickr Explore... which is weird, because I don't even think it's worthy Plus, it got "explored" more than 24 hours after I uploaded it... I was thought they get explored within the same day

thanks - yeah they wanted these photos to be "loose" so I wasn't too concerned about the framing - and it does appear they went even looser on some of them in production

it looks pretty good to me - maybe a bit more contrast - just a bit - and some color balance - to taste - but I think it is OK overall - good comp and frame, level, good scene.

awhile ago, when they first got their Facebook page... I was one of the first people to "like" their page... and just started posting pics... mostly with the 14mm f2.8... I guess they really liked them... Also, people would post questions on their page, I would reply if I knew the answers, especially if they didn't get around to answering the questions right away. So, when they had the 24mm f1.4 planned... they hit me up and asked me if I wanted a copy and all I'd have to do is take photos and post on their page... perhaps write up a review on Amazon. I did the picture posting part, but never got around to posting a review on Amazon... I had also advised them that they should start a "Rokinon Group" on Flickr... and I guess they liked some ideas I was throwing at them.

Over at Pixelpeeper.com, almost all the photos of the 24mm f1.4 are mine... but I don't submit them... I don't know who picks them... I guess the staff or admins go through Flickr and pick them. But I don't necessarily like all the ones they pick (of my photos)

Nah, I think I tried at a faster ss but wasn't getting as much of the panning effect that I wanted
