^^^ thats sparkle silver man... Just up close and cleaned up. This is what i meant when i said sparkle silver was a shade or 2 darker then the stock 17's. Not gun metal dark, but still darker then the stockers..

I almost thought they sent me the wrong set when i first opened up the box, but to be honest, im feeling this finish A LOT better then the finish on the stock 17's..

Dino, i just noticed the blacked out headlights man! WOW! what a difference!! That alone changed the look of the front end! Looks so much meaner now! Did you do that yourself or did you link up with JNC? Either way, very nicely done!

Wish i had the balls to do it! I did it on my 2G, but always had issues with condensation!

I hope you are right, as those are the ones I want...and when I stopped by the dealership...they showed me these which are more like the stockies: (in terms of color)

As far as im aware man, there are only 2 available finishes, chrome/sparkle silver. I think your minds just playing tricks on you, either that or the camera/lighting! ;-)

Hey,I did not take a picture of the chrome, as we all know what that looks like.I took these two pictures at the same time...wish I took them next to each other, and there is definitely a difference. Open them in two different browsers....Hope I get the "sparkling" one and not the plain silverhttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx96/paweljaro/tl/rims2.jpghttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx96/paweljaro/tl/rims.jpgLet me know what you think

What up fellas, sorry for the delay, but i finally had a chance to take a few pics post-drop. I could've gone a lot lower with these koni's, and i did for a week but it was just too much for my taste. For me, subtlety goes a long way.. Anyways, hope you guys like..

19's only... there is an 18" a-spec wheel thats specifically made for the TL. but that'll cost you a lot more. Usually, bigger wheels = more $$$, but the reason why these are so cheap is because they've been discontinued and dealers are practically giving them away!

Question... I have a 6MT, so had to get the wheel spacers, ordered the Ichiba V2, but it looks like I received V1 (part # AC-50615)
So the spacers came with bolts, but not the nuts...how does that work? Don't I need the nuts to screw the spacer to the hub? and use the new bults from the spacer to the rim?

Thanks in advance,
paweł

^^^ i dont have too much experience with spacers, but im looking into getting a set for my car in a few weeks or so. If i were you, I'd start a separate thread because i dont think it'll get much exposure in here... Keep me posted though... I'm curious myself.

Just talked to Josh @ Excelerate....

He informed me that for the V1's, I knock out the original studs and replace them with the studs I received with the spacers. So, sounds pretty simple....hope that's all...

New rims come in tuesday... Hope to have some pics up by end of next week!!!!

Good to know! how wide are your spacers?? I was thinking about running 10MM front and back... I like how it looks now, but after i dropped the car the wheels look sunken into the wheel well. I think spacers will help it sit more flush...

I got these rims about 2 weeks ago, but have been deciding on which tires to put on. At first, I was going to go with the Pirelli P Zero (235/35/19), but instead chose the Fierce Instinct ZR. My man that I got the tires from knows his ish and said these were a good value. He also advised me to stay away from the Hankook Ventus V12, which I liked the most.

Rims Wednesday or Thursday and the black roof at some point during the week.

I have the 15mm V2 spacers I bought before I returned the RDX rims, they haven't even been opened from the shippig box, basically NIB. Will sell them for 120.00 shipped in the USA if anybody is interested.

Sorry man, I don't.... i was actually set at the 3rd perch all around, which i thought was supposed to be even all around. But for some reason my front sat considerably lower then the back. To the point where i was tucking. I know others have the koni's set on the 3rd perch and they are not tucking from what i can see in their pics.... I have A/T so im not sure if that makes a difference??

Anyways, I rode around like this for about 4-5 days and i just couldn't take it anymore, the ride quality was horrible. Not to mention i was scraping everywhere! I went back and had the shop set the springs on the 4th perch and that made a world of a difference! Ride quality drastically improved and the drop was even all around!

So my config now is 3rd perch in the back, 4th in the front...

No problem. I'm hoping to have the wheels on in 2 weeks and I really want coilovers already. Springs are just not enough

I should be getting these put on this week. I've been patiently waiting and finally got a good deal on some tires. I'm going with the Fierce Instincts ZR 235/35/19. I've heard things about the thin sidewall with bubbling and what not, but I guess I have to drive more cognizant of potholes and bumps.

Next time I am at the dealer, I will take a picture of both of them together, as they do have ones that are not "sparkle" haha...

But yeah, I got the darker ones... they look awesome!
Can't wait to get them on...

Hoping that putting the spacers on won't be that big of an issue for the shop. They did an initial look and since they have to change the bolts , they'll have to take the hub apart...
$50 a tire... not bad...

now... hope I can get the s.drive for $180+/- each (hoping for the - )

The bitch might be that they probably secured the emblem with the metal washers so taking them off will be next to impossible. The tire store deserves a Picard facepalm.

So....almost lost a few nails in the process of taking those caps off...tire store schleprocks!!!!

but now they are complete.
I will take pics later today and repost.

in regards to the spacers, Josh hooked me up with the Ichiba Version I, had "Monroe muff" do it, as they only charged me a hondo.

Would like to drop, but for some reason, the j-pipe already has scrapes :-(
