Damn those projector bezels get me every time. Love it. I was thinking about getting some A-Spec wheels as my backup/winter wheels too. I like the stock waffles too much though...

Thanks Sean,
yeah the type S sidemarkers are oem, they ran me about $110 or so...been thinking about getting some unique style racing smoked ones that light up white to match the switchbacks (but might just run those up front to it'll be white up front to match the white headlights and red rear to match the the brake/parking lights). I think the depos are about $85 shipped for all 4.

Thank you btw...

And you too ebelp, I appreciate it. Sometimes I think I would go back to silver bezel but I DO love how they set it apart.

Aspecs will be back on tonight, finally hit the nylon tread on the inside of my tires and I don't play that. Have new tires on my aspecs so I'll likely throw them on, maybe go lower/higher on the suspension and then get my alignment done...then over the holidays order some new rubber for my works.

i just noticed my fronts have some gnarly camber on the insides this weekend. boooooo.

i'm just going to find a nice summer wheel/tire combo this time around i think.

i like tire talk, you gonna go with the falkens again? i personally hate falken though, so be warned i may have to lecture you.

The ghost tails are the ones I had on the car until recently! The carbon fiber bezel idea has been laid to rest...I'm scrapping that idea for now, I may give it another go, but I really don't want to cut open another set of lights. I'm probably going to sell my ghosts and pick up a set of smoked ones.

About the tires...NO friggin way, I ain't goin with Falken again...I'll go with Kumho, or probably Nitto or Continental. Wasn't a HUGE fan of the Falkens. I think that's more TOE wear than camber, but still...the camber made it worse.

J.

We'll see...I don't like the idea of giving up, but I really don't love the carbon fiber enough to put much more wasted time into it. Even if it was perfect, I think it does look a bit too "busy" on the car. We'll see...

^^^ yeah i wanted to mod my tails as well....but a buyer came along for the tails (got screwed over em anyway) but yeah will try and mod it this spring....

i really like your car in black and clear plastics....i wudnt put any CF outside if you dont like it....now if you do like it, CF it ALL lol....

i like how you have modded the car and yet kept it clean and simple....well flowing....

About tires....i agree word for word against the falkens....

since you dont get any snow, try the Firestone Firehawk Indy500 wide ovals....I think they rock !!! and so does tirerack

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....+Oval+Indy+500

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/survey...y.jsp?type=UHP

^^^ is the complete list of rankings....firestone is position 2 and 3....

Thanks man...I'll have to check into it.
Thanks for the compliments too! I was open to the CF due to the inserts in the headlights but I feel like on the entire bezel, it looks overkill.

We'll see...modding the tails has been the most "unscientific" mod i've done, after the accord fogs. I may revisit it, but I will probably look for an "out of the box" solution or stick with the base reds. I'm telling you on NBP, I would always see others with the reds after I changed mine and sweat them!

I know a lot of people frown on the stock red tails but I think they look really clean. Take a look at the latest bimmers that have all red tails, a few years ago those were red/clear.

If you could somehow integrate led turn signals into the red tails like the ones on the current 3er (in the above pic) that would be awesome and super clean!

I concur!
It's funny...the more I mod, the more I realize sometimes that I liked how it looked before better. I think the all reds look SUPER clean. May still have something i'll try, but for now, I'm good.

Also, slapped my aspecs back on today...my front tires were GONE on the works. So aspecs, I'll get a new alignment this week. Then I'll order tires for the Works soon.

Also installed my $32 shipped ebay switchbacks...120 LED...40 white and 80 amber...HOLY FK are these things BRIGHT! OMG...they match the hid's so well! Plus, I LOVE the all white parking lights now that illuminate my blue projector bezel. LOVE it. So happy with my decision...they are type I's...but guess what...SUPER hard trying to find affordable AND bright and TYPE II for the 7443 bulb. No regrets at all.

I sure will...from work though...I like getting that stuff at work so I can mess with it.
Thanks, Tyler.

I sure will...will bring my camera to work tomorrow. I don't have my spacers on so I have a little sunken action going on right now...didn't want to deal with any rubbing so didn't bother with em for now. We'll see...every time I put my aspecs on, I DO fall in love with them all over again. DANG...if I still feel this way in a month, you never know!

T...I think your email size must have exceeded on my end. Nothing!
Mainly just want the ones from the front and back of both of our cars...and the closeup of my wheel and the the close up of front and rear of my car.

Hmmm...I think Aspecs are +45, but I have the original 04's so I have the 8.5" ones with 235's on em.

Swoosh...test me. I have excellent will power...

Ah eff it, who am I kidding.

The aspecs make my car look lower since the tire is more tucked.

LOL...Thanks Tyler, honestly...I would prefer a type II...I don't like that the amber switches while the whites stay lit...but hey, for 120 LED SUPER bright and at $32 shipped...I can't complain ONE FRIGGIN BIT. Brightness was my BIGGEST concern.
