As you can see,i went with Mobil 1 full syntetic.Found too many red flags all over the internet about royal purple,i'm just going to stick with my good old Mobil 1.
Cool label full of usefull information.

^^^ for future reference bro that mobil1 is not fully synthetic, regardless of what the label says.....
its group 3 synthetic.....if you plan to stick with Mobil1, get the "Extended Performance" (EP) version....they are group 4 synthetic....or just go with Redline

Thank you, AkraTl.
So i did some more research on this 2007 tl-s supercharged and i am now able to answer my own questions.
-Is that kit the same they sell for the base tl's?
Yes
- Why would you sell a tl-s supercharged, afther spending all that money?
He didnt sell it,it got repo.
-Did the engine sufer some damage aftherwords?
This guy blew 2 engines with this supercharger.
-How much was the kit?
About $5000
So what did we learn today?
Do not supercharge your tl-s with a supercharger built for a different engine. If the Tl-s is not fast enouth for you then you probably bought the wrong car.
I just hope this info is going to save someone else lots of money.

^^^ i kinda disagree with the last statement....
the GTR is plenty fast but still AMS tuning built a 1000HP GTR.....why ?
the TL is a great car but as an auto enthusiast, i dont agree with some of the engineers at ACURA and hence i switched out my interior leds and added the aluminum pedal and did weight loss mods.....similarly with the engine.....
FWIW, the turbo and the SC kits are great great way to upp your HP/TQ....if you have the TL turbo kit set to 380-400HP, you are safe brothaaa....your engine your tranny will be just fine !!! the minute you uppp the boost without upgrading the internals, you are causing mayhem on yourself !!!....Rodney has been running his turbo since almost a year and half (i think he is tuned to 410 something) and no problems....i really would spend on a SC kit coz you spend around 5K an no SC kit has seen more than 380HP....the turbo kit starts from there and goes until your pockets are torn....
my rec to you is, if you are staying NA and want to be close to 350HP, you are looking at 4K....and turbo kit is 7K (with ECU) and another 3K for the exhaust and the install and everything....so ~9-10K you are sitting at 400HP....i would say the choice is yours....

surprised not more people on the forum dont use amsoil. I have used amsoil full synthetic in my last three cars , love that shit. not to mention that you can easily go 8-10 thousand miles easily between oil changes, their new stuff says you can go 25k and they stand behind that. It is a little pricey, not sure exact price because my dad gets it for me at 8 bucks a quart he owns a shop, but well worth the money going the extra distance.

^^^ lol they stand behind it so much that they took that filter off their production like for more than a year (for Honda/Acura's).....
guess they got sued pretty bad....
either way, i would not keep any oil in my engine which has more than 10,000 MAXXXXXX....we all spend a ton of money on mods and here and there....you dont have $75 for an Group 4 synthetic oil change ???
you can also get a group 3 synthetic oil change for like 25 bucks !!!

swoosh,RU_JELLY and buckyballs Thanks guys for all the support.
25k on an oil change, i just couldnt live with myself.Possible but not me at all.
Just spent $27.00 on the next do it yourself.
Will be exposing a very ugly side of my ride(127k of parking carnage)
stay tuned.

nice I like your progress so far, it kinda remind me of my old friend Tyson from Acura Legend forum who put 500k+ miles on his Legend with all OEM part. Keep up the good work pal.

swoosh sorry to hear that, thats funny weight reduction right there.
Got another do it yourself coming up.
Part # 08z03-sep-201d $87.84 shipped.
P.S. Haven't forgot the calipers project.Been so busy can never find a few hours to start that project. This weekend i got to replace my dads 1995 toyota corolla(see page 2) water pump and side mount(the pump started screaming last week). By the way this car is pushing 290,000 miles right now, still getting 25 mpg.

swoosh thats the parts department picture for the rear carbon fiber trim pieces,Which retails for $102.52.
I have recently went for a test drive on car a friend of mine wants to sell.I must admit besides the sick power this car posses, the carbon fiber finish on the inside trim was so sexy to say the least.
I am speaking of a 2003 audi rs6(4.2l v8 biturbo) 450 hp to be precise. He's selling it for $24,000 with 60k a bit stip and out of my budget.
Same old news but news none of the less.
Came across a little notebook,in which i was keeping record of my mpg(for the first 2 months i was daily driving it).
- 1st fill up - 251 miles
- 2nd fill up - 246 miles
- 3rd fill up - 245 miles
- 4th fill up - 285 miles
- 5th fill up - 264 miles
- 6th fill up - 265 miles
These were measuread as follow:
full tank to gas light coming on.
Soon as a start driving it in a daily basis,i'm going to get that number as close to 300 miles per tank as possible.
Mileage update: 132,650 miles

swoosh yeah those numbers are all city, dam you have got 400 miles out of a full tank highway.Thats very good news.
Steven Bell thank you.
True story.
My father took my car to work today, because i had to do some work on his car in the shop. When he gave me the car back he said: "i dont know what it is with this car, but when i got to work almost the whole place came outside to look at it" lol
I said "It was probably the yellow fogs and the black roof, they are not used to it"
He said "The roof is black.... the fog lights are yellow?"
I said" Just forget it"
My dad is funny, I love him .
He is the happiest guy around with his 1995 toyota corolla .I dont blame him he gets 25 mpg in the city with a car with almost 300k. Awsome.
