2007 TL TYPE-S Progress Thread-Updated 2/9/14
Hi everyone i will be using this thread to show the evolution and progress on my tl-s.Bought her in November 9, 2010 with 127,899 miles. As of today she's got 131,190 miles. This vehicle was always serviced at the dealer got all the records to prove it,me being an acura tech i plan on keeping it in top shape.
I would love to see this car one day turn 500,000 miles, what do you guys think, can it be done?

As a tech, you could probably do it, but We'd like to see pics one way or another...

Well, thanks for the compliments everyone.Nothing against debading cars, they actually look good.I just like it better like that, and the (sticker) is the symbol of the Portuguese national soccer team. I'm Portuguese, i like it.

Done a little research and found on these sites(autotrader.com, cars.com )a few TL-S that got me beat in mileage. Three 2007 :153,452miles(auto)$15,995 , 141,425 miles(manual)$15,995 and 131,653 miles(auto) $17,985.
One 2008 126,533 miles (auto) $16,495.
This last one has an average of 3,515 miles a month, wow, thats insane.
It does give us that good feeling that this cars no matter what wont let us down when properly maintained.

RLTW!!
Thanks for sharing, have a 2007 TL-S with only 29K miles. Great feeling to see how well made these vehicles are. Look forward to hearing your updates. Have no doubt that 500K is doable with the proper maintenance.

Check out the wear on the trim pieces
Anyone know how to get these pipes looking like new, besides replacing them?I've tried almost everything
Under hood the Acura symbol just eventualy got lost.

Other than replacing the trim pieces, you can wrap it in vinyl.

As an acura tech we get 15% off on everything but tires.Which reminds me,my tires thread are at 4/32 in the rear and 6/32 in the front.(new 9/32 )I might get tires all around with my tax money next year.
