Looks like it's exceeding stock hp numbers by 3,500rpm if I'm seeing it right. Nice. Just goes to show, turbos rule in every category when done right.

Imagine a high stall convertor that stalls around 3,000rpm. Literlly full power the second you put your foot to the floor. Useless, yes, but it would do a burnout into 3rd gear lol.

This is at an early stage. More tunning will come in about a week or so and the boost will be raise up. He is just at 6 so far and his tranny unlike mine will be able to hold on to all the power. Everything is working fine meaning ac, windows and others electronics stuff

I joke. Can you imagine if you rolled up to this sleeper gold TL, not having seen this thread, run with the guy from a light or on the highway and wonder why the hell he's leaving you like a vette...then you hear the BOV!

Good show, Cheers!

They usually have a meet in Virginia and they call it an East Coast Mega Meet. They might have it this year again and if they do I think that would be half way and it would be perfect.

damn. good fucking job both Banelba and Pass!

btw banelba was wondering were you at 6 psi as well? because from what it looks like, the turbo still seems to make 330+ whp with the auto trany which isn't too bad of a difference from the MT (hell yeah!) lol.

but still, both cars are still sexy as hell, and i can't wait to see the final product =] or at least pretty damn close haha.

and also pass, was wondering what psi are you trying to achieve to keep it at?

I congratulate you guys on making a turbo for our cars and hopefully it will last. Just say you guys were finally finished and it was at 8 PSI stock to get 370HP, I would still wait for all the members on these forums try them out for 6 months and tell me how it is before buying something, afraid of screwing up another engine, or any costly repairs.

Finally we can have these threads about the TL beating 350z, IS350, G35, G37x, without people saying the other person can't drive! YAY

Can we get some details? I would like to know exactly what turbo you have on there. The turbine section looks huge in the video but I can't tell if you have some sort of heat shielding on it.

Intercooled?

What type of wastegate?

Most important, is there a link to a better copy of the dyno graph? I would really like to see the spool characteristics.

Last, you know you want to run 100 octane and be the first 400 and then 500whp TL...

I think the 5-Speed manages to produce the same power b/c automatics respond very well to turbos.

Drivetrain losses will always be about the same. The turbo makes a lot more torque so that may be why the hp is a little closer between manual and autos.

Keep in mind roughly 30-40hp is "freed up" by not having to spin the supercharger. That's where some of this newfound power is coming from and best of all it has the same fueling requirements and stress on the engine as the supercharger making 30hp less.
