Switzerland is divided up by language...the part I'm from is technically Swiss-France...because we speak French, then there's the German part (Zermatt, Zurich) and the Italian part.

Yeah, they were headed down to the Keys to feed the tarpon by hand off some pier at a restaurant...he's a trip.
I tried to convince him to leave the jeep and hit the road with the S2000. Just asked that he park his wife's car in front of it...told him don't care if it gets broken into
just can't disappear since insurance is not enough to cover true value of clean S2000 with the mods. He declined...I really did try and convince him...
I was like, Dad...it's just a car...take it, if you don't enjoy it now, when will you...but he said it might be too hot and his buddy would be cooked
He also said, in all these years...I've never heard you say "it's just a car...I like this new you"...

The V, only I drive...
mainly because you'll have people have one of two reactions to driving it.
1) Too scared to get on it and see what it can do.
2) Too not scared to get on it and see what it can do and overshoot their capabilities to handle it when it gets loose.
I've only let my buddy Javier drive it because we go way back and both have done major fuckery and he's driven big power RWD our entire friendship.
I just told him, don't let the heavy fool you, it'll go sideways, fuck you, not call you in the morning and deny it's it's baby 9 months from now. Respect it.
Betty drove it a handful of times...but pretended she was giving it mustard but was only barely pressing the pedal all the way to 60.
J, on the other hand, I let her drive it while I followed in her van...she likes speed and let it rip a bit. She loves the Vagon.

Got to a 4-way stop at the same time with 2 other vehicles.. I waited for the mandatory 3 seconds.. then hit the annihilate button.
Wife said whenever she hears that Nicki Minaj song she always thinks that's me.. I give zero fucks and I got no chill in me.. dat ass.
It's funny because I'm a very caring, compassionate person (humble brag) and I'm supppper chill (ultra humble brag)..
But I fucking hate traffic, I hate stupid fucks on their phone, or shit burglars who have no confidence driving..
...or cockgobblers who are inconsiderate to pedestrians and other people on the road
Plus the V just amplifies that.. (4-way stop example)

Yeah, the Countryman had sparkplug problems 2 nights ago...in one of the coldest days of the year...Had thought it was a dead battery so when I met the First Lady to boost her car, nada...and all the lights/radio were on fine. So, it was either a frozen fuel line or well, sparkplugs. Got it towed to the stealership and of course, they suck and had NO courtesy cars available...Wife had to rent a boat from Enterprise. Anyways, it was indeed sparkplugs...covered under the extended warranty but I guess timing is weird cuz I got an invite to scope out the V90 yesterday.
Seriously, this avant has me absolutely in love. It is...gorgeous. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous...and in the light blue or white color, I'd suspect even hotter. Need to first finish with landscaping this year but I'll check my finances after that...but, maybe my mid-life crisis car is indeed the V90. Wife will take the sea cucumber as she doesn't want to drive the wagon.

The interior of the V90 is nice...not Mercedes nice, mind you...and probably even less gadget-y than the Audi allroad I messed around with a few months back. But, it's darn good. And my complacent ears were more than pleased with the stereo system it comes with. All-in, the price isn't terrible. I probably can't pay cash outright for the Volvo...but, it's quite affordable if I play my cards right.
