PB and yum, did either watch the greycup? It was a good game, although, it's crazy to see how many failed plays happened. The CFLs best would be the NFLs worst...

Gubermint.

Yes, Disneyland/world one of the two.
So what's the issue then, need more? Take another day, call it a day, have a fun day.

Yeah, it was on the background...happy for the city of Edmonton. I know they recently removed the "City of Champions" moniker since the metro has kinda been on a losing streak for awhile...but, a well-deserved game. I thought Ottawa was going to run away with it when they scored the 1st two TDs...

Supposedly, Christmas is the busiest day at Disneyland. Disneyland is helluva lot cheaper. I've been to world once, I've been to land multiple times.

Lucky bastard going twice in one week.

I figured New Year's Eve/New Years was busier. Their NY fireworks show is spectacular though. Xmas time at Disneyland is definitely an experience.. You can't help but be in the Christmas spirit.

Easy for you to say, Florida-man. That shit's practically in your back yard. Just like I take Chicago stuff for granted. Be a tourist in your own cities people!

I've been to Disneyworld three times and it was always magical, didn't matter if I was 12 or 24 years old. Lol, when I went at 24, my goal was to get pictures with every single Disney princess. I got most of them.

You take that back right now!

You're tarnishing the hopes and dreams of this inner child getting to experience the magic that is Disneyland.. Where else can you spend $5 bucks on a churro, buy oversized turkey legs, wait hours in line for a 2 minute ride, and buy expensive souvenirs?!?!

(I do none of those, for the record)

I've heard LegoLand was a big dissapointment, from my brother.

Disneyland and world is the only place him and his family go on vacation. It's fucking ridiculous. They're in Disneyland RIGHT NOW, too

Their son is 7, and he's been to Disneyland 11 times, Disneyworld once and a Disney cruise once. Like, c'mon....

Yeah LegoLand is a joke. It's not worth the $75 each my gf and I paid to go. We only went because we wanted to cross it off the "must do" in CA list and it was convenient for a last minute daycation. I'd much rather spend that money on a Disneyland Annual Pass so I can go as many times as I want

San Diego brah. My brother lives there - fantastic city. Haven't been to LA yet, but I heard it's a shit hole unless you're a Hollywood fuck boy. All the best stuff in LA is just outside of LA. Is that true?

Downtown LA decent. SoCal is decent all around... Traffic is a fuckin nightmare though.

San Diego is fantastic, weather, girls, nightlife the whole nine..

I dig Irvine...
but San Diego is where it's at.

I'm hoping Z just wants to go to monster trucks and car meets. I despise Disney but I wouldn't put that on her. If she wants to go...she has grandparents

Why the hate for disney?

and bruh, it's crazy how children develop on their own... Without any influence, my bro's daughter just started getting into all this girly stuff on her own. The princess dresses, the dressing up, the dolls. She wanted it all before anyone started pushing it on her.

I think you're hoping for a tomboy, but don't hold your breath. It may never happen! Although it would be super cool to have a daughter all into working on cars and being able to drift the s2000 better than you!

"look what I can do, dad!!"

Not a fan of the Disney lines though.

Just bad experiences with the ex and her kids, I guess...disney on ice and then having to stand in line with screaming kids in the humid hot summer air. I remember thinking this is what hell is like. I won't make her pay for that though...I'm just being dramatic.

I don't care, man...I want her to be whatever she wants to be, I'm not gonna do what my Father does and only be interested if my interests intersect with his. I want to learn about things from her and the things she likes too. I was never an overbearing brother and won't be an overbearing father. She will have what she needs in the form of a good head on her shoulders by the time anyone would be a problem and then she can just point at who hurts her and I can hurt them. Easy!

Yeah, I can agree on that, but it's been 10 years since I've last been there. It's a fun place to go when you're 20 The "fast pass" is a must have when going there. Not sure if they're still as effective- I get the feeling more and more people are hitting up Disneyland every year
