I get back from running this morning and she's like, Daddy, I didn't find you...
she's holding the potty insert and she's like, I dropped it Daddy. It's 'sgusting.
So I wipe up her mess...put on some Barbie shit so I can shower and get dressed
for work after telling she can't have a dumdum lollipop for breakfast...
I get done getting dressed and she's got all 4 dumdums unwrapped
she's like, they are delicious Daddy. I'm like...dude, what part of no sugar for
breakfast didn't you get!?!?
Yeah, she ain't even 3 yet...

I have no idea what that is. But Nike makes some shitty, overpriced shoes. I mean, they look great but in terms of actual foot comfort it can be hit and miss.
What are you doing at the gym? Mostly lifting? Mostly cardio? Are you doing lots of squats? All of those could demand a different type of shoe.

Any running type shoe stores in your city? There’s a place in my city called The Running Room. No idea how far and wide they reach, though. But they’re apparently very good at getting you the shoe you need. They’ll measure you, see where you have pain or discomfort, etc, and address it all.
I imagine you must have a similar business like that in town. Even if they predominantly focus on walking or running shoes, they’ll have a good idea on how to alleviate foot pain

I’ve heard good things about new balance. But again, I think it comes down to each shoe. Mercedes has 200k cars. But they also have 35k cars. Not all are created equal.
Mighht be worth seeing if you can find info on a running forum. Guaranteed they could guide you on what to get

I have enough t-shirts lying around that I just use the oldest one that I don't care for. As long as the sweats/shorts are comfy, they work. And yeah, the Nikes I have are about 10 years old...not worn out and I recall I bought them from a Shoe Warehouse or DSW or something. $50?
Nike Airs. Good enough for the running I need.
I don't think I'm grunging it or whatever with that...just doesn't cost me a bundle. I don't believe in Lulu Lemon or whatever attire for the gym.
