Wow. All this time and I never knew Hugo was a German brand.
no, not the bottom of the shoes... I mean the insoles... you know, the things that give your foot arch the right support, or keep your back from aching, or blah blah blah. Ten years of running = those things are kaput. Nike uses garbage insoles, regardless. So long as you don’t have foot or back pain, you should be ok though

I think so. They all had some affiliation with the :smitler:s...then again, I think some of the major Japanese companies all were involved with the equally bad expansionist Japanese government in WWII.

I went to a Nigerian wedding on Friday.
Worst. Wedding. Ever.
The bride is *super* religious. Like... Get up at 3am to sprinkle holy water and some sort of holy oil around the room, to ensure we are in Jesus' good books.
Dry wedding. Not a drop of booze. Everyone was on African time. It took the families and wedding party 45 minutes to enter the reception hall. Oh, they were all there... But it was some serious slow dancing in, taking one step every 10 seconds
I was wondering why the GF didn't want me going to this wedding. Boy, did I ever learn the hard way
