well yeah, lots of drugged out dead hookers in the back of the Audi. Isn’t that the point of a wagon?

I also ate some polish sausage last night. Except mine had peppers and potatoes and came from the store, not on my face.

I know she’s his baby. Just sucks because he doesn’t really drive it anymore. I’d give her the love she deserves, but put miles on her also. Cars are meant to be driven!! I think his TL is still sitting in the 99k range, if I’m not mistaken. Has for a long time now, I believe.

but, if that does fall through, I will be looking for something. A P-car would be cool. I must admit I’m not huge on their styling (sacrilegious, I know), especially the early 2000s ones, but maybe my mind will change. Otherwise, a V is still high up there, if I find the right one.

But... I’m just window shopping for now. Must... show... restraint...

I absolutely love that show. Same with Big Mouths, or whatever it’s called. I was floored by how inappropriate it is. My style of humor.

Makes Family Guy seem like a walk in the park these days, and I remember that show being all back in it’s early days

I still enjoy an occasional Family Guy episode, but Bojack Horseman and Rick and Morty are just such better shows. Bojack Horseman has evolved into an amazing show.

Ive decided that anything besides Polish food sucks ass in Poland. Like, there’s all these donair places around but they ain’t donairs. I have no idea wtf they serve. I won’t even touch it. In Germany, the donairs are legit. All lamb meat, delicious as fuck. My folks wanted to go to a Mexican restaurant... saw most dishes come with fries... I was like fuck no. We get better Mexican food back home.

But the actual Polish food here? OMG amazing. I had meat perogies today. Jizz worthy. Oh and I had tripe stew. Double jizz worthy.

picked up some Michelin PSS for the front of the Vagon yesterday...getting alignment and installed today.
I can't have the girlfriend riding around on flipped toe worn front tires on that thing... Especially not
with the kiddos. Looking forward to feeling how smooth the ride will be. Drove it last night and today and
realistically, the thing is a fantastic ride.

agreed. I still watch family Guy, but it’s just not the same. But infinitely better than whatever the hell happened to the simpsons since the 2000s.

i occasionally catch an old Simpsons episode from the mid 90s and still laugh my ass off. The new shit is lame.

Why is your toe out? Just misaligned? Or because of cut springs?

Yeah, the suspension has these cradles the springs sit in that allow you push or pull them out to adjust camber and ultimately toe...well, I have messed with the rears (it adds or subtracts at least a half inch of height when you add negative camber) to get it perfect but never touched the fronts. Needless to say after all this time lowered, the front toe must have been way off and ripped up the inner sidewall. No worries, I had them flipped and used black sharpee on the nylon cords that were showing to buy me some time to decide if I wanted to get new PSS or if I was going to have the 20's powdercoated and new tires for that. In the end though, I like the quality and weight and look of the 19 inch OEM wheels so I am sticking with those and proceeding with the plan to sell the 20" Niche.

Nice new tires always give me wood.

not a bad idea with the wheels. The oem wheels are nice looking, and forged. Can’t go wrong whatsoever. Well, maybe except for the cracking. That shit is fucked up.

Killer deal too, man...
I paid $300 each for the rears (hence the corrected camber to get ALL the life out of them)...
I got these from an ebay seller that happened to be a local tire distributor...went by in person and snagged for $350 for both NEW.

The Sumi I had last only lasted 7K on the back because they were so soft...so basically half that price, but lasted less than half the time and with less comfort and performance.
PSS all day...

I have a feeling I will be grabbing some sort of Michelin sport tires next year. I’m a whore for Bridgestones, but I’m chapped they discontinued the RE-11/RE-11As, and I don’t want the 71Rs.. they perform a bit better in the dry but wear faster and don’t do as well in the wet. It’s really the faster wear that I don’t like. I don’t drive like a tool in the wet, anyway.

Supposedly bridgestone is supposed to be replacing the RE-11s with something new, but, I haven’t heard when they are coming out. I’ve heard the Michelin P4S or whatever they’re called are simply bad ass. Same with the PSS and I think they have one more that is high up there also. They ain’t cheap though.

ive had other cars, though. I had the supercharged miata and the jizzmo. I like the practicality and timeless look of the TL. I’m a Honda whore deep down and really, a supercharger on the car would make me very happy. I considered restoring my TL, but it’s not worth it. She needed more love than I was willing to give her when I first bought it. I did all the maintenance to get it back up to par, but aesthetically she needed some love and with my ex blowing our money, I had no opportunity to invest back then into the car. but the seats are now showing their age and the body is just nowhere near my liking.

There really isnt isn’t much out there that interests me otherwise. I look for cars almost daily. I like the CTR and the golf R but I have major faults with both and I’m not sure I want to pay that much for a car I’m not totally happy with. For the price of Gus’ TL, even though it’s a premium, it would check all my boxes and leave me very happy.

I would still DD my TL through the winter and the other one for the nice months. I’d be content for a very long time.

I would then look for a third car, about two or three years after (another toy of some sort... P car, 3G CTS-V, ATS-V, whatever). Park my DD outside, leave the two toys in the garage.

I’m fuggin jealous of the cars in Europe. Outside our hotel in Spain, there was room for 9 cars to park along the street. I walked past them often and they varied from coupes, to wagons, to SUVs, to sedans. 1 or 2 would be 5MTs. 5 or 6 would be 6MTs. 1 or 2 would be autos. It’s fucking heaven when it comes to cars here.

I cannot stand BMW interiors. They remind me of a funeral parlor. Just drab as fuck and they always look the same. I’m sure they’re very practical and give you exactly what you need, but I couldnt handle sitting in one everyday. I don’t like their price premium for parts and repairs and I don’t like the stigma associated with them either. Lots of young Lebanese fuccbois drive them back home, too. I don’t want to be associated with them.

I like audis, but the 2016 S4 is the last car I’d buy. I’ve considered it, but that’s still on the cusp of whether they were considered reliable or not. I really like how they look though. I love their interior and exterior styling. I would have to test drive one to see how the clutch and stick feel. If it’s anything like the manual Golf R, no thanks. Zero feedback. Zero feel. They’re a premium to buy parts and repair also, but for some reason I’m more willing to stomach it for that car... it just ticks more of the right boxes for me. But again... expensive to buy compared to a SC’d TL that’s pretty much just as fast. It’s more about the drive anyway, than being the fastest/quickest/whatever the right word is. I’ve always been more about handling, and audis do suffer when it comes to that, due to how far their engines are placed forward. I will test drive one before I buy anything, though. I want to be sure. Even if that makes me an Audi fuccboi

Ive even considered finding a mint 92-95 EG hatchback. That car will forever hold a special place in my heart, but it’ll need a k20/24, or B18C5 transplant, forsure. And I won’t buy one unless it is absolutely mint... therefore not cheap either. And fucking incredibly difficult to find. I see all these crazy EGs all over the net, magazines, forums, but I never see any of them for sale, anywhere. Or if I do, they’re still generally needing a bunch of work in some regard.

BMWs are all out.
Fords are out.
Nissans are out.
Mazdas are out.
Chevys are out.
Cadillacs are a potential.
MBs are out.
Lexus’ are out.
Toyotas are out.
Dodges are out.
Chryslers are out.
Lincolns are out.
infinitis... maybe. But it’d have to be one with a 6MT still... and their interiors do not age well... they damage fairly easy, so it’d have to be a prime example.
Audis... maybe.
VWs... maybe.
porsches... maybe.
hyundais are out.
kias are out.

I like the Camaro, the mustang and the vette... but fuck me, they are everywhere. I look online and there is a metric fuck ton available. They just don’t feel special. I would like a mustang but man, I can throw a rock in any direction and hit one.

Believe me, I’ve put way too much thought into this already.

There’s also subarus... but they irritate me. Interior are cheap as balls and their paint quality is the worst in the business. I remember looking at STis for the ex back in the day, before we bought the Sonata for her. Very cool cars, but a 2.5 year old model looked like it was 10 years old up front. Plenty of fuccboi stigmas with those too.

I dunno man. I know I’m very picky. But I don’t see the point in settling. Gus’ TL is old, but it’s in near flawless condition. I can’t believe how much shit he’s replaced on that car and he didn’t cut a single corner, anywhere on that car.

a friend from work got an M3...2015...the interior on that is not like the interior of all other bmw's I've seen.
yeah, I'm with you...we have similar style. I recall that S5 driving better than anything I've ever driven...
