So, I'm stranded in Langley. The sea cucumber blew a tire and now, I need to stay overnight so that the tires shops can be open tomorrow to track down a 21" tire. Sigh.

My dads friend that is a retired Correctional Officer has a dealership that's he's had for years. Every correctional officer goes to him to buy their cars. He used to sell only Luxury vehicles and now sales pretty much anything. My dad told me to take a look at his lot, so I did. I'm giving him a call later on tonight to run numbers. If the payments sit right, I'll jump on it. I've always been a fan. He's asking 38k, but, my dad informed me that he would give it to me for less then that.
Went on a date today again. Going on another this Friday. Cuz she's flying out the next morning to Vancouver/Victoria for ten days. Then she's back for nine days and I then fly out to Europe for three weeks. Shiiiiet.

Move gas tank to back seat- check.
Cut out structural integrity of car- check.
Create jimmy rigged engine supports and subframe- check.
Install engine into cramped trunk with no way to feed cool air to the engine- check.
He should make it 4WS too and install the steering rack in the back and connect both steering wheels with a stick. Extra tight turning radius
I don't see why people are so negative about those sorts of ambitious projects. I say, those types of dreamers should be supported and encouraged to the fullest extent.
For real. Look at that Prelute guy. Seemed like bullshit but he did it.
2 engine TL? Why the fuck not. Don't even hesitate, start cutting and welding and make it happen. Everyone should encourage that.
Take a few rough measurements and go to town. Figure out how to solve the next problem when you get to it.
Like building with Lego. I'll be damned if I knew I'd end up with this sweet rocket boat car before I started clicking pieces together, but damn... It's so tits.
