Apparently you have to drop it off for 2 days while they do a test. probably gonna do mine next week and have them try to fix the whining noise as well.

Bumper looks great!! Good luck getting that muffler straightened out doe.. The right muffler is not flanged at all and one piece from the cat flange all the way back.. I bought mine with the right muffler slightly bent down like yours and never sat straight even after two trips to a highly reputable shop..

Mine was always hanging low also since i bought it. maybe they all do that??
<p></p><p>I picture it going like this, because 1) I read too much Doug Demuro and 2) my local Acura dealership tried telling me Acura MTF is proprietary and different than Honda MTF.</p><p><strong>You:</strong> Hi, my engine likes to drink oil</p><p><strong>Them:</strong> What do you have?</p><p><strong>You:</strong> TSX</p><p><strong>Them:</strong> We don't sell those anymore, but oil consumption is normal.</p><p><strong>You:</strong> No shiet. I still need you to take a look at it.</p><p><strong>Them:</strong> Sure thing. How do you plan to pay, cash or credit?</p><p><strong>You:</strong> Neither. I have a warranty extension from Acura of America.</p><p><strong>Them:</strong> What's that? We don't know what that is? We don't honor those.</p><p>20 minutes later on the phone, and replaying this in person when you actually get to go in ....</p><p><strong>Them:</strong> We'll, we don't have the parts on hand. It'll be another month before we can do anything.</p><p> </p><p>... unless you happen to get the one good writer/tech at the dealership.</p>
<p>So who knows anything about air compressors and air tools? Looking to get a compressor and impact gun. Tired of my battery powered Craftsman dying losing juice after 2 lugs. This has also been a summer of axles, hubs, and suspension replacements galore. Getting too old for hand tools and cheater bars.</p>
Bigger is better.
A small pancake tank/compressor will work but the bigger the tank, the less the compressor will need to run while you're using it.
I still don't own one as I haven't absolutely *needed* one yet; always been able to manage with hand tools and a small tire compressor for tire topups.
But, this is in line with what I'll pick up if/when the time comes: Craftsman.com

as long as you drive over bumps, evenly...you'll be fine.
but if you take things at angles, or hit a deep pothole, you're stressing one side of the RSB, which will tear at the mounting point

<p></p><p>Honestly I've yet to check. If anything decides to go, it'll be the endlinks. The mounting point should be fine as I'm using the provided backing plates.</p>
the mounts will tear the subframe first, waaay before the endlinks get damaged.
why Dafuq no one listens to me? idunno...but we're rehashing this same subject.
Not sure if serious... I only vaguely remember something about this before. I remember saying something but I don't remember what... I blame cough syrup.
So either, thanks Justn, or go punch yourself.
<p>
I meant the fog bulbs
I have fogs, just think the stock lighting on them is kinda ugly.</p>

If that's the case I doubt anything will tear apart in 10 years' time with the RSB on. You'd have to do something unbelievably stupid to tear the subframe even with the added stress IMO. I've read on 8th or 9th gen Civic forums (forgot which one) some owners with RSBs having their endlinks go. They probably screwed something up on install (torque spec?) but still, there seems to be a trend.</p><p>But then again, trends say Civic drivers are mostly ignorant teenage kids right? <img alt="" src="https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/shrug.gif" title="Shrug" /></p>
cu2wagon says otherwise <img alt="" src="https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/embarrassment.gif" title="<img src="https://acurazine.com/forums/second-generation-tsx-discussion-2009-143/2g-tsx-chat-chit-general-info-thread-858607/page529/ />" /> the mounts will tear the subframe first, waaay before the endlinks get damaged. why Dafuq no one listens to me? idunno...but we're rehashing this same subject.
I have well over $500 in just LED stuff on my car
<p></p><p>True that. That's why I got the TSX when I saw the light. Haha.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
