2G TSX Chat, Chit, and General Info Thread
Its funny tho.. cause for real. I didn't know how to tag people. But I used satire to make it look like I was just kidding, but I wasn't... and then a moderator showed me how.

I don't know what you're talking about... I was getting all the notifications on my instantgram. So, s'all-good.
This rev hang on my 2012 tsx is driving me nuts! I'll pull the car out of gear (m6) and my foot won't be on the throttle. Sure enough, it stays at the rpm or jumps up a few hundred rpms for a second or two. So annoying, is there anyway to fix it other than dropping $800 on the hondata tuner?
Towing Company liable?
Just to start out I just joined this site about 10 minutes ago looking for some assistance or advice and honestly don't really know how it works so be patient with me.
But either way Saturday night after deciding I was not going to go to a party my friend called me around 12 asking for a ride. I drove to the apartment complex and he convinced me to stay for a little bit. There were no parking spaces so I parked at the end of this turnaround with another car to my left. After about 1-1.5 hours I come back to see that my car isn't there and has been towed. I got my car back after paying $120 and saw that my rocker panel (I believe the plastic panel underneath my driver and passenger door) was off of the clips and the end was sticking out. I tried to talk to the towing company saying that when I left my car it was in perfectly good condition and now my wheel well is dented inwards which caused the rocker panel to snap off the clips and bulge out. The gap between my drivers door where it opens is now closer and almost touching. I have been trying to deal with these pricks and they just said that it was towed on a flatbed and there is no way that this could have been their fault. They claimed I hit a rock or pothole that could have caused this but I know this isn't true. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do or any suggestions???

Seems like you'd have to prove that they caused the damage due to the towing to prove it wasn't there before. Sounds like a shit situation because at the end of the day it's a he says, she says battle. Try talking to your insurance company and if not that maybe lawyer (I'd debate if the damage is worth the cost). I'm not sure, haven't been in that position before. If all else fails you could always just total your car like iCrap.
Yeah. You're probably proper screwed.
You parked where you shouldn't have, they towed. They probably did fuck it up, but unless you have video of the *actually* doing it... There's not much you can do. Call insurance and file a claim or suck it up and pay out of pocket.
