For those of you with the progress rsb, is a 18v battery powered drill strong enough to drill the 13/32 hole?

That should be fine. You're just enlarging the hole ever so slightly and the material isn't that thick. You could probably do it with one of those old timey hand crank brace drills. So anything that runs off of electrons will make quick work of it.
