on your work Kris I have done a auto to 5sp swap on my integra the swap was easy but the wiring is a pain in the butt. I am planing to do the swap on my tl also just waiting for you to finish your project and find out what I need. Too bad you live too far or other wise I will help you. It looks fun

Well its at the dealer patiently waiting for them to open in the am. I ran into some electircal issues ill need to work out when i get it back. The drivers window switch works with the key turned to the off position, but the other windows dont work. As soon as the key is turned to the run position the other windows work. The door locks arent working the way they should (i think its a lack of having all the wires hooked up. the window switch is bugging me. The blinkers work, the hazzard button doesnt. all things i need to work out another day. Cross the fingers it starts tomorrow

Forgot to tell you that i added the parking brake yesterday too. The CL hand brake pretty much bolted right in.

None of my TLP window switches work when the key turns to off position. Unless I just shutoff the car, then the window switches continue to work for a minute or so... then they stop working

They thouhgt it was cool as hell (and it was only the honda dealer. The acura dealer is a hr 30 min minimum drive)

Any plans to take it to the Acura dealer? I'd bet Acura would be interested in it, maybe even get written up in the Acura owners magazine. Heck, Acura might even decide to give you a brand new manual TL!

No i need a code scanner so i can star0 to diagnose this baby. Right now for some reason it doesnt want to go above 2k rpm with out a revlimiter kicking in

cool kris.....I know you said you tried it wouldnt rev pass 2k however did you try to move the car or drive it out your garage? congrats on the progress so far. did you need me to send you my scanner or are you going to buy one?

That is awesome.... Do you think it may be one of the new sensors you put in? Sounds like a limp home mode of the ECU. How much did honda charge you Kris?
