I understand manufacturing delays, theyre inevitable. But when you say you are going to update the thread with new information, then neglect to do so, that pisses me off.

We're still waiting on an update from Monday. Is there no tracking number with an estimated arrival date? Its simple enough to post that to calm the masses.

The silence puts people into a frenzy because then it appears that there are more issues, thus delaying it further. Just take the 3 minutes to post in the thread "the mounts will be in my hands on xxxx", and then we will calm down.

As usual, I've gotten ETA after ETA. I don't have any solid info to post. I have another shipment arriving Monday, but I'm not sure what is in that shipment.

I'm getting boxes daily from the fabricator but they haven't been 2nd gen CL/TL mounts. I got 3rd gen TL mounts on Friday. So we will see what the shipment for Monday holds. I will update the thread once the fabricator returns my calls with actual good information.

I understand some people are frustrated; I'M FRUSTRATED TOO!!! I'm doing my best to get these parts here and shipped out. As soon as I have them you will know because I will ship them the same day.

might be time to start thinking about a different fabricator Josh, after the current orders finally show up, so this bullshit does not happen again

I hate to try to calm this down BUT it happens when waiting for someone to do their job and they are not doing it all you can do is wait.

I am building a stroker motor and after three months of bullsh*t pulled it out of the shop that was full of s*it.

I am not saying Excelerate needs to find a new fabricator, I'm just saying when we are counting on someone that is irresponsible it is frustrating.

I understand how you feel. Take how you feel and magnify it by 10. I'm at at my wits end. I call everyday. We are getting shipments, but not 2nd gen CL/TL mounts. And honestly, to try and start this process all over again would be a disaster. The product works, it fits; the major shipment is just delayed. I'll get to the bottom of this soon. I apologize for the delay to all. Unfortunately, I've realized this is part of the process of dealer with manufacturers. With the exception of a few companies, delayed ETA's are an industry standard.

When dealing with dealer an aftermarket manufacturer you will always have delays. Base on where i work at making custom parts for different manufacturer an just stamp there name on it. We always try get things done within month, but out of every 5 custom order we will have 1 order that causes 2-3 month delay in getting product done. Shot right now we have custom order that about 4-5 month later from wrong spec/size/duro/etc..
Now if it just basic stock part we can get it out 1-2 day

TO me at least we have vendor like Excelerate (Josh) still wanted to make part for low demand CL/TL

especially if you go to the track and actually hook up instead of just spinning (which is what normally gives, before the axles do)

Ok, a quick update. I do not have the mounts in hand yet but we are making progress. Here are some pictures of my shipment getting ready for shipment.

I'm hoping to have these in hand and shipping within 1-2 weeks.

Soon hopefully...I'd still love to hear more information from the guy with the "test vehicle."

I hope that they are holding up!! Should be plenty of time to test them on the vehicle they were first installed on!! Any word?

We got a few sets of mounts in today, but they are all labeled as 62A bushings. We are trying to confirm the label is actually correct as most of you ordered 75A Bushings; keep in mind 75A bushings are street/light track bushings. 62A bushings are designed for most daily driver setups. I have to ship in order of purchase so if you had requested 75A bushings but want 62A bushings please email me.

More sets are coming in soon!!!

Well, he said he has to ship in order of payment. Maybe that's just his policy. I don't think the 75A people would complain if he shipped out all the 62A people first, but I understand the principle.
