I'm thinking about doing this as I already have a 2 gauge wire running front to back for my amplifier. seems like a great way to get some realestate under the hood.

Question; What would be the stock injector duty cycle at WOT with these mods, RV-6 dp, CP-E intake, ETS intercooler, Hondata Flashpro ? I see you guys using larger injectors so I was wondering.

I will have that answer once I put those parts on. From what I have read with just the flash pro and CPE we are at almost 80-90%. That is why a lot have upgraded to 600/800cc.

I am going to. I will put them in with the adapter harness's when I do the heat shield.

I get them for the 04-08 TSX K series correct?

I am running /just/ RV-6 downpipe and K&N drop-in filter, and I'm only running 13 PSI max boost. My duty cycle hits 88 percent at 6000 RPMs. This means that with the mods you describe you would /definitely/ need injectors to get the most out of the turbo.

Planned mods: DW800cc injectors with rywire harness, K&N drop-in filter + snorkel replacement, RV6 downpipe with high-flow cat, ETS intercooler, Hondata heatshield, Hondata Flashpro tuned by Vit, Eibach sport spring kit, Progress RSB, steel brake lines and Redstuff pads.

The k231a makes it easy to run aftermarket turbo with it's pre oil feed and return setup. I personally think it was the easiest install yet. Most turbo kits use a -3 or -4an for the oil feed; however, my turbo lines are longer then most kit. Due to the length of my feed lines BorgWarner recommends using a -6an line for healthy oil circulation. Things you'll need to connect - an to OEM feed and return lines:

- Econ-O-Fit Hose Clamps
- 5/8 in banjo adapter -6an fitting
- -10 an hose (Stainless recommended)
- -6an hose (stainless recommended)

Blocking of the manifold coolant ports. This reminds me of the good old Power Pages from IT back in the day (memory lane)...

Nice Ken. What a sweet setup!
That looks just too nice to hid behind the motor. I would want that in a case in my living room as art!

Shouldn't be long. As soon as I get the transmission mount from prothane I will take a video of the first start with the new turbo setup.

I think this is an EXCELLENT mod for a variety of reasons. In terms of safety, less likely to get damaged in an accident and in terms of weight distribution. The RDX has and already excellent a 48/52 rear/front weight distribution, any movement of weight to the rear helps, especially when 70% of the engine's power goes to the rear wheels.

As much as I wish this were true, you swapped a couple numbers. It's 42/58, and slightly worse (41/59) for FWD models. Still not terrible as some FWD vehicles are as high as 65% on the front axle.

the odd thing about that number is that I have seen the numbers I have and the numbers you have.
