Yea, he doesn't ship to Canada anymore since his dealer Curry Acura lost their Fed-Ex International Shipping Agreement to send packages to locations in Canada. I'll probably just get it from Hansel Acura since one of my buddies who's also on this forum got it from them. $960 USD shipped with all fees included.
Yeah sure, I'm down for a meet be nice to see what everyone is up to.

@dctls08 - if you have facebook, which I assume you do join the Acura Generation 3 group, theres a guy in the group called Bruce Oswiak, he owns a shop called EndlessRPM, he literally focuses on Acura TL's. He can get parts for cheap and quick from what I hear, so give him a message.

Haha I have no idea they were related lol never got his name.
Funny story reason why I love the 4G more now, still miss my 3G but I was on the henday and this 07 TL-S pulled up next to me, we're both going 110. Race ensues, I double down shift into 3rd from 5th and instantly destroy him. Gotta love the SH-AWD and the extra HP.

But...and I love my 4G too...there's a thread in the 4G section about a guy who tried the same thing against an ILX. The ILX has less hp than the 4G, but apparently the governer is set a touch higher. Didn't turn out so well.

Ahead, probably. Way gone...likely not. The ILX is quick, and a lot lighter.

Spotted: White TL with blue rims heading North on 178th by Canadian Tire. Super clean, black badges and trunk spoiler. Anyone know the driver?

Speaking of headlights, I just picked up two replacement HID bulbs, as my passenger side went out. But when I brought the car in to Auto Details to get the fender damage worked on (they did nice work, byt the way...I'll post some picks once i can wash it), I noticed the passenger side housing was full of condensation. Looks like I need a new one. Who in town would you guys recommend for getting that done?

For those who ordered a jpipe, where did you get it installed? Not mechanically inclined so looking for a reputable shop that will install it for me. Preferably in the west or south.

I bring my stuff to a place called Brookview Auto Service, clean place and good staff. They're located just off whitemud on 50 street, near the Leons. My car is there now as we speak...

Try contacting, westmount auto or TT Auto. Both are located in the west end. They are usually pretty busy tho.

I'd need to do that after every wash. There's a small crack in the lens. Doesn't look like it would be a problem, but clearly it is. I suspect that's why the bulb died early (and those bulbs aren't cheap, either).

They fixed a chip in the rear driver door, and then repainted the damaged fender (rear driver) to like new. They did really nice work. Also took care of the minor pitting along the bottom of the body, right in from of the rear wheel. That was $1,000. For an extra $150, they did a couple of paintless ding repairs on the other side. Oh, and after they went all the way around and touched up any spots they saw, and left me with the leftover latex paint for future touch-ups.

I'll get some pics (before and after) up when I have a moment.

@Jriddle8 - a good back drop/place to take pics is the parkade at NAIT. Usually no one parks on the top floor and you get can get a good view of downtown and the city airport.

So meet this sunday at 5pm at the Timmies just south of United Cycle?
