Not really too be honest, Takeda advertises a 14hp gain from the intake but on our 4000lbs cars, its not noticeable. I do notice it smooths out the powerband when you get on the throttle below 5000rpms.

Few questions. Anyone here with xlr8's quad exhaust on their 3G? I just want to hear what it sounds like in person. And for those with the full aspec lip kit on their type s, how do they fair with our winters? I have no plan on lowering my car so stock height.

^^^
Speaking of jpipes, I just got my xlr8 v2 jpipe installed this afternoon. Def worth the money!

I got base ATLP cat back, exact same set up except for the quad pipes at the back. or my cousin has atlp quads. From what I remember from arthurs TL, ATLP is little more deeper than the xlr8 qauds. How much was he jpipe shipped? got it from heeltoe?

I have the XLR8 quads on my 4G lol...
But from what I hear, unless you go with a exhaust system and you really free up those exhaust gases, a j-pipe will do very little in terms of gains+.

I'll have to come out to one of these meets you guys have next time. Don't want to pull the plug on an exhaust system w.o. Hearing them first hand. Bought the jpipe from excelerate.com. $450 for the pipe + $45 when I picked it up. Glad I purchased it as I was able to keep up to my buddies g37xs. Literally inches apart (nose-nose), obviously would've lost in the long run but def put a smile on my face considering he has an xtra 30hp.

Does anyone have the Triton switch backs installed in their turn signals? Ive had them installed for a while now but i only put 2 screws into the bulb, so the driver side keeps falling off. I tried with 3 screws but that did not really fit. Would anyone happen to know how to set up the screws in order for the bulb to fit snugly in there?

@ 07NBP-S - I have everything except the pre-cat deletes for my exhaust, ATLP J-pipe and quads, XLR8 high flow metal cat. Between ArenHam and I (depending on who shows up to a meet I suppose), I'm sure you'll get a good idea!

I recall some of you getting around 400km a tank at our last meet. I had the same issue. Did a seafoam and didn't see much of a difference. But after I did my spark plugs, right back up to my 550-600 a tank. So maybe that should be something for you guys to consider!

I spent that extra money last spring, one bulb shit the bed right away so I returned then and went to leds from ebays. no issues yet. From what I remember I didn't have any issues with mounting them.

how did you mount them? They work great. I just don't want them from falling off the light socket. did you screw 3 bolts into the bulb?

I had an XLR8 quads and RV6 V3 j-pipe on my previous 3G TL and I thought it sounded really good, it turned heads all the time. But maybe I'm just biased. :P

4G TL owners, how is it so far compared to the 3G?
