Oh yeah, I went to Motorsport Ranch with my friend with the GT3. It rained the whole time we were there but I did get to drive my car on the track when it was wet. My god, it is slicker than ice on the racing line. Rex put his Porsche in the mud big time three times out. He had to be pulled twice and finally gave up. I put mine off course once in two times out--but went off straight and drove right back on the track like you see in Touring Car racing! It was way cool--every time my back end would come around, I would reverse lock the front and step on the gas. If I timed it right, I would get pulled through the corner like a midget racer or a rally car. Too much fun. I have a couple of pics of the GT3 I need to scan and post.

It seems closer to folks in the Arlington area... Looks like Thursday is the night to go, friday is too expensive..
can't tell if its a 1/8th mile track though.

Kennedale is 1/8th mile and great for the Arlington people.
my buddy out there goes all the time... and apparently Sunday is a good night to go as well.

it was pretty fun though. I'm not a beer drinker at all, so I drink those pussy girly drinks like margaritas and long island ice teas. I took $20 to keep my self from drinking too much, but then everyone started buying me drinks once that ran out. My waitress just kept coming buy with a shot of Jager (sp?) and a long island for me all night.

you're far away, I went to the one in Arlington on Collins and I-30.

Thats probably what was giving you problems the next day... I know it sure as hell causes me problems.

I'm driving an '02 white maxima automatic... my grandfather's toyota camry went in for warranty repair and enterprise hooked me up fat!!! this thing is a BLAST to drive... The rental even comes with HIDs though they've got cloth seats.

DAnny: Just miss having a truck. I miss driving where ever I want, hopping medians/curbs in traffic, and not caring what's on the road, or it's condition.
But, it's hard to sell a MOD'ed car like mine, as the $$ and value aren't respected by many, only a select few that are hard to find.

Next time I'll try to save some room for water and food.
