Hahahahahaha the key fob...that thing does wonders! You have to do everything with it. Heck, I wouldn't be too surprised if you even had to use it to use the radio! Lol. Oh and I thought of a reason of the speedometer set ahead. Maybe (and this is a stupid stupid stupid idea that I came up with) the person who had the car before you, would speed, so he set the speedometer forward so he wouldn't. Just randomly popped in my mind.

well from what I gather sometimes the speedo will just quit working

so then you have to resync everything which is a fucking chore
