The 21st was mentioned a page or two back for a meet date. A few people said it worked out for them so I just went with it since it'll work for me too. We don't have a place yet though.

It's still pretty quick, but needs a little maintenance. I've not raced it much lately, but there was a 335i that was neck-and-neck. I'm pretty sure the guy didn't know how or want to abuse it, but fun anyway.

The last time at the track it was running 14.0s, and it wasn't 100%. I'm pretty sure it had a 13.9 in it with all things hitting 100%.

Anyway, where are you located . . or maybe I might find the time to make some get together. I'm in Plano.

Well just glad to be here these days. I'm still not 100% from an early reservation at the Hotel California. That's as in the group the Eagles song call Hotel California. In otherwords, I almost bought the farm due to some weird heart arrhythmia problems where the old ticker stuck at 178 beats a minute. I guess fast is just my game.

That would be fun . . . I'll bring my drag radials with for anyone wanting to try them out. I used them once, but results weren't what I expected. The extra grip off the line helped with tire spin, but it actually caused a slight bog and my 60' times weren't any better than with regular tires. The problem is lack of torque off the line . . . so unless you're boosted or spraying or serious other mods they really don't help. Other than keeping you from taking 5,000 miles off your tread life.
